All Signs
Mars represents energy - the energy we use to face the pressures of our daily world. It's our ego, and our sexual and physical drive. Because it's aggressive, Mars rules the military. This week after two years, Mars returns to its own sign to stay for six weeks; but this time Mars will line up with Neptune and Saturn creating a booster charge to those major planets - taking us into a powerful new era. The last time Neptune was in Aries was 1861-1875. Russia freed millions of serfs. The Suez Canal was opened. Three countries were unified into being: Canada, Germany and Italy. Impressionism began in the arts. The Geneva Convention established immunity for the Red Cross during wartime; and in the US, there was Civil War. It was a time of self-definition.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
You've got the world by the tail with the Sun, Saturn, Neptune and now your ruler Mars all in your sign this week! You're in charge of this meeting. Use this energy to go after what you want because you're pumped and competitive. You're setting out on a new path for the first time in 30 years. (Many of you will even change your daily wardrobe.) Look for ways to improve your home or find a better home. Likewise, relations with family members will be warm and more mutually generous to each other. You can attract money to you this week! And you will certainly spend it on beautiful things - jewelry, clothing, art and gifts for yourself and loved ones.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
There's a lot of powerful energy happening behind the scenes in your chart. (You might feel this - you might not.) Or perhaps, you have a sense of something that's about to begin - but not quite yet. One thing is certain: you're entering 2-to-3-year window where you will downsize and let go of people, places and possessions. This is why you're going through cupboards, closets, storage spaces and garages getting rid of stuff. In the next month, Mars might trigger childhood habits and self-defeating behaviour. Fortunately, fair Venus is in your sign making charming, diplomatic and urging you to dress well. Get out and find some treasures, hopefully on sale!
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
This is a popular week! You're eager to meet others, which is why many of you are more involved in clubs and organizations. Because you might feel competitive, this is the classic time for competitive sports or games. Some of you will hang out with friends, fixing engines and squeezing beer cans. (It's buddy week.) Most of you will eat this up with a spoon because you're curious and you love to mix with others to have fun and learn new things. Meanwhile, Mercury is high in your chart creating favourable times to talk to bosses, employers and do anything to advance your job. Privately, some of you are excited about a secret love affair.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
This is not an ordinary time for you. It's a powerful time! Many of you are proud of your achievements, even though your responsibilities are heavy. Four planets are at the top of your chart making you ambitious, driven and ready for leadership. Meanwhile, lucky Jupiter is in your sign (something that happens only once every 12 years) and not only does this give you divine protection, it attracts good fortune to you. It's as if you're in the right place, saying the right thing, to the right person at the right time. It's magic! Whatever you do - you're admired because things are going your way. Even friendships are favoured. In fact, some friendships will turn romantic. (Mom always liked you best.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
You're interested in life. You like the arts. You like people. You like to know what's happening. You enjoy going out for dinner, or to see a movie, or the theatre or sports. You deal well with kids, and you take romance seriously. Right now, even you might be surprised at your strong desire for adventure. You need to get out and do something! Well, it's in your best interests to acknowledge this need. Take up a course. Study something new. Explore ways to meet new people. Definitely - travel if possible. But if you can't travel, you can explore your own city. What you want is an adventure! You want to be surprised by life.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Financial matters and red-tape issues are on the proverbial table, perhaps related to taxes, debt, insurance matters, passports, immigration, shared property, wills and inheritances. (All that fun stuff.) It's easy to put it off, but it still nags you in the back of your mind. Whatever details are bubbling on your back burner - pick one thing and do it this week. Just one. Do another one next week, or three weeks later. Cut yourself some slack. You don't have to save the world before bedtime. Just begin with one thing. Overcome starting friction. (Paralyzing inertia.) Meanwhile, travel or do something different. Romance with someone unusual will take place for many of you. Enjoy conversations with spouses, partners and close friends. Listen.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This is a curious week because one of the primary characteristics of Libra is that you like to have someone in your life. (You need someone on the other end of your teeter totter.) This week however, the Sun, Mars, Saturn and Neptune are all opposing you. This will rob you of energy. (Get more sleep.) It will create confusion. It might even create conflict because when Mars is opposite your sign, it's easy to feel annoyed with others. Plus, Saturn is opposite your sign, which happens only once every 30 years, and this will test your closest relationships. Partnerships that are doomed - will end. Oh well. Life is short - and fat.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
You are a hard-working sign, and yet, playful! And this week will be a classic demonstration of that. Four planets are in your House of Employment gearing you up to give whatever task you're working on everything you've got. (You'll dance circles around everyone.) You will give orders and allocate work to anyone within hearing distance. Actually, you have a phone as well, don't you? The good news is you'll accomplish a lot this week! Fortunately, Venus is opposite your sign making this one of the best times possible to enjoy warm and friendly relations with everyone. Nevertheless, "I owe. I owe. Off to work I go."
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
You are many things - the professor, the author, the publisher, the gambler, the dealer, the explorer, the animal trainer, the travel guide, the journalist, the researcher, the politician, the lecturer, the philosopher, the outdoor enthusiast, the businessperson and the pleasure-loving hedonist. But one thing is certain: you work hard and party hard! And this is the theme of this week because you will enjoy working, especially because coworkers will be supportive to you. But you will also enjoy schmoozing, social outings, the arts, sports events (especially competitive) and playful times with kids. Make some time for family discussions and home repairs. Get ready for fun.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Your focus on home, family and your private world will intensify this week because fiery Mars is now in the picture stirring up action. Some of you are more involved with a parent. Others are doing major home repairs and renovations. All of you, want to secure your home base to have a refuge you can rely on for yourself and your family. (You like well-planned endings.) All is not work however. Venus wants you to socialize and explore the arts, fun outings and romance! Meanwhile, Mercury is urging you to take short trips, learn new things, see new places and meet new faces. It will be a juggling act. But nothing you can't handle. "Get your hands off my lobby boy!" Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Fasten your seatbelts because even though your life has been fast-paced, this week, your world gets faster! This is good news because it puts you in the driver's seat. You're now in a two-year window of job changes, residential moves or both. This week fiery Mars moves into the picture, which will be a big help. It will make you identify with your ideas and opinions, which admittedly might make you inclined to be argumentative. But on the whole, Mars will make you put forth your ideas with vigour. You'll be convincing. You'll sound like you know what you're doing, and you'll be able to sell yourself! Don't leave home without your bullhorn.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
This week Mercury is in your sign urging you to express your point of view. Naturally, you'll be entertaining and convincing because you will put a great deal of yourself into what you say. Meanwhile, Mercury will urge you to get out and travel, preferably short trips. You'll be curious and keen to talk to others. Right now, your main focus is on earnings, cash flow, financial issues as well as your values. And lo! This week Mars moves in to your Money House triggering moneymaking ideas and ways to boost your income. (Mars will also help you spend money.) Your sweet spot will be your communications with others because Venus will make you oh so charming and appealing to everyone. Naturally. Gosh.
