All Signs
Uranus is all about surprise and unpredictable events -- anything from an earthquake to a major epiphany. "Eureka!" Uranus takes 84 years to travel through the 12 signs, and this week it enters Taurus. (In Nov., it returns to Aries for a final fling before re-entering Taurus in March, 2019 where it will stay until 2026.) The last time Uranus was in Taurus was 1935 - 1942. Taurus has domain over wealth, banks, agriculture, music, fashion, wine and tobacco, building and construction, antiques and fine dining. Since 2012, Uranus in Aries created a need for change, even pointless rebellion. Old patterns were broken. Many found these changes upsetting. Now we enter a seven-year window of changes to our economic and material world. Values will change. People want to feel unencumbered by their possessions. We will face sudden losses or lucky windfalls! (Hmmm, they say one in every seven friends have a gambling addiction. My money's on Dave.)
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Do your best to solidify your financial situation because you will encounter some unexpected speed bumps in the next few years. In fact, this week, on Wed., you might have a quarrel with a friend or a member of a group about money or a particular possession or who owns what or who owes whom? How appropriate that the New Moon on Tuesday is perhaps the best day all year for you to think about how you handle your possessions or what you own. And also, to think about the best way that you can feel financially secure. Are you happy about the way you earn your money? What would your dream job be?
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
So much is happening in your sign. (Gasp.) The Sun is in Taurus, Mercury is in Taurus, the New Moon on Tuesday is in Taurus, and now Uranus is moving into Taurus. "Holy Wazzup Taurus!" Spend time on Tuesday to think about how to improve your image in the world, especially how you look. Avoid power struggles with parents and bosses on Wednesday. (Run the other direction.) Meanwhile, Uranus will definitely bring changes to your life in the next seven years. But ultimately, when the dust settles, you will feel freer. And of course, Saturn in your fellow Earth Sign will stabilize things in the next two years.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Right now there's a lot going on - but it's all going on behind the scenes. The New Moon on Tuesday is a wonderful opportunity for you to become more aware of your spiritual values. What guides you? We all need an inner value system to rely on. Keep your eyes open on Wednesday because someone might be working against your best interests. (If you suspect something fishy is going on - it is.) There's a wonderful chance that Uranus will bring spiritual breakthroughs and epiphanies to you in the next several years. These will help you to be wiser and to function on a higher, superior level. (I'm impressed.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Take note: The next two weeks are excellent to buy wardrobe treasures for yourself. Meanwhile there's a lot going on with respect to your friends and groups to which you belong or deal with. You will talk to younger people more than usual. You might also encounter far-out ideas that are enlightening. These ideas might even make you modify your future goals. Speaking of which, Tuesday is an excellent day to think about your goals. Wednesday is the day to avoid confrontations with others. Don't even go there. You will meet some real characters in the next few years and will likely learn a lot. ("Wanna play some poker, Dave?")
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
Here's the picture: This week you are high viz. because the Sun is at the top of your chart. This means people notice you, especially bosses and VIPs. The good news is they admire you! (You can that obviously work with this.) In fact, the New Moon on Tuesday is the best day of the year to think how you can improve your relationships with authority figures. Ironically, the very next day Wednesday, you might be at odds with a boss or parent. (Like whaaat?) Remember - people notice you now, therefore, do not blow your cool. (Too tacky.) Uranus will be at the top of your chart until 2026 causing you to radically change your life direction. Quite thrilling, actually.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You have a strong focus on travel, higher education, publishing, the media, medicine and the law right now. Tuesday's New Moon is the perfect day to think about what you want to achieve in those areas. Avoid controversial subjects like politics, religion and racial issues on Wednesday because confrontations are nasty. Grab every chance to travel this week because you need a change of scenery. In the bigger picture, Uranus will introduce new ideas, beliefs and consciousness-raising experiences for you in the next six years. It will be a phase of exciting growth for you. (Time to let out another pleat in the shower curtain?)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
You have a strong focus now on matters related to other people's wealth. (For example, inheritances, taxes, debt and anything you own jointly with someone else.) Discussions about these matters are likely this week. You might encounter a power struggle with someone on Wednesday about how to divide or share something. Looking down the road, do your best to solidify your financial situation because Uranus might shake the pot a little when it comes to relying on your partner's income or the income of others in the next few years. This is the perfect year for you to save some money - so do it. Ka-ching! (Skip a few restaurants.)
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
There is a lot of action happening in your chart, and it's all happening directly opposite Scorpio! (That's because Taurus is 180 degrees from Scorpio.) This means the Sun, the New Moon, Mercury and the new arrival of Uranus all take place opposite your sign. What does this mean? Your primary focus is now on partnerships and close friendships and this is also where you will get some surprises. Tuesday's the perfect day to ask yourself what you want from your closest relationships. Wednesday, be patient to avoid ego battles with someone. In the bigger picture, you will change your POV about partnerships. You want a partnership that gives you freedom and allows you to grow and learn.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Your health, your job and for many, a relationship to your pet, are the things that are your top priority this week. There is also an underlying current with everything you do and that is your desire to be efficient, effective and productive. An ambitious shopping list indeed. At the beginning of the week, think about what you most want to achieve in terms of your health and your job. On Wednesday, avoid a dustup with a coworker or someone related to work. In the bigger picture, Uranus will demand that you feel satisfied in your job in the next six years. It will also encourage many of you to become self-employed. Uranus tries to shake things up for the better.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Romance, sports and children are tops on your menu now. Some of you are also focused on the hospitality industry and the entertainment world. A power struggle midweek might arise between lovers, or with your kids, or with the best way to enjoy a so-called fun time. Don't let this ruin things. It's all about ego and control. Be reasonable for your own peace of mind. Uranus will introduce opportunities for sudden and unexpected romance as well as sudden vacations and opportunities in the arts in the next several years. Primarily it wants you to break free and value your creative talents! You have an exciting phase ahead. Explore new recreations, hobbies and amusements. Get ready for an exciting future!
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Your focus on home, family and your personal life is strong this week. Lots of discussion and activity going on. Younger people are in the picture more than usual. Some of you are ready to tackle home repairs while are other are involved in family discussions. Note: Beware confrontations on Wednesday. Back off. You have a lot of aggressive energy now because Mars is in your sign and you might not be aware of it. (But others are!) In the next few years, you will make changes for the better within your home environment. You will seek more freedom. Old ties with the past might be broken. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
