All Signs
Every 14 years, lucky Jupiter is opposite unpredictable Uranus. This time it has three mathematical peaks: Dec. 26, 2016; this week, and lastly Sept. 28. Then it is gone for another 14 years. This is why we all feel a strong need for personal freedom and a desire to be free of constraints. It always signals rebellion; but it also gives us the faith and courage to break through whatever is holding us back. This is why people want reform, revolution and the breakup of structures that are outdated or no longer effective. Enuff awreddy! As for me, I will stop dieting. After all, who am I kidding? I'll just let out another pleat in the shower curtain.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
This is a powerful influence occurring at this time for you because Uranus is in Aries and Jupiter is directly opposite your sign. More than ever, you want the freedom to do what is important to you, especially in terms of relationships and close friendships. You do not want to simply fulfil the expectations of others. You want freedom from the constraints and limitations that you no longer agree with. Taurus (April 20-May 20)
The changes in your life that you contemplate now are subtle. That's because much of what you are rebelling against is occurring behind the scenes. It's not public. But it is still on your plate. In other words, you have to deal with it, even if others aren't aware of what is happening. Whatever it is, you want to be free of it! You want to make a breakthrough. This could affect your job; and it might even relate to your health. Meanwhile, this continues to be a popular time for you, especially with your interaction with younger people. So invigorating!
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You continue to be high viz. because both the Sun and Mercury are at the top of your chart. This means discussions with bosses and parents are productive. You won't hesitate to state your views and you will also listen. However, your interaction with a group or perhaps one friend, is coming to a head now. You've had enough. You will no longer just please others because now you are going to please yourself. If you are in competition with someone, you will go all the way - no holds barred! This same planetary influence makes you go after your goals with renewed vigour, interest and enthusiasm. Yeah!
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
This is a tricky time for you. It is a time when many of you are travelling or want to travel for business, family or perhaps to get further education or take a course. You're expanding your world! However, what is percolating on the back burner is your desire to be free to pursue your own life path. You are no longer willing to kowtow to the dictates of bosses and parents. You want to call your own shots and go after what you want. And you're willing to do this in a public way. You don't care who knows. You're going to go out there and fly your colours!
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
You continue to be focused on shared property, taxes, debt, inheritances, wills, insurance issues and the wealth and resources of others. Many of you are trying to save money more than usual. Meanwhile, something is stirring deep within you. It's been bubbling away for some time, especially since Nov./Dec. last year. Some of you want to break free and travel more and see the world. Or you want to break free of any mental restriction that is holding you back from making progress in publishing, writing, the law, medicine and anything related to higher education. Yes, it's time to go for Baroque!
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Remember to get more sleep in the next few weeks because you need it. (This influence happens only once a year and it's occurring right now.) Meanwhile, back at bank, you want more financial independence, especially with debt and how you share things with others. You don't want to feel hamstrung by previous arrangements. You want to take responsibility for your own business affairs, especially anything that relates to inheritances, wills, shared property, debt and insurance disputes. You don't want anything hanging over your head anymore. You want to be free of these encumbrances so that you can approach your future in a lighter, happier, more confident way. (Sounds good to me.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This is a challenging time. Even you are surprised at your short-tempered retorts to others. Quite likely, your irritation is with close friends, partners and spouses. You are annoyed with them and probably a bit angry. In some cases, you even wonder why you ever were friends. If a particular friendship or partnership is too restrictive - you want out now. It's not worth trying to keep the peace and make it work. If people are not a positive asset in your life, you're not interested. And who can dispute this? Why should you be with anyone who pulls you down or make you feel diminished or anxious? That's why you are standing up for yourself in these relationships. (Admittedly, this is a bit out of character.)
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
This is a playful month for you, which is why you want to schmooze with friends, attend parties, throw parties, and enjoy sports events, the arts and the entertainment world. You also want to flirt and be coquettish and prankish with lovers and lovers to be. One can always hope. However, the larger monetary influence that is affecting you right now is about your job and for some of you, it's about your health. In both these areas, you no longer want to feel stuck in a rut or held back or limited by the restrictions of others or even your own self limitations. Yes, it's very easy to think that other people or things are holding us back when really it is our own fear of success or failure. Both are scary. Throw down the gauntlet. It's time!
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Your focus on home repairs, family and your personal life continues. (Interaction with a parent might be significant.) But in the bigger picture, your relations with your kids is undergoing a transformation. You want to respect them but you don't want to be a slave to them. Likewise, those of you involved in sports or the entertainment world finally feel that you have to do your own thing and quit trying to please everyone else. And some of you feel this need to break free from a romantic relationship. There are good things about the relationship but if the negative outweighs the positive - you want to walk. Actually, you want to run!
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Hold the phone! Your schedule is too tight. Half the time, you're jogging. Well, you only have to be the White Rabbit for a few more weeks. After that, you can settle down more and cocoon at home. However, home and family is where you have serious confrontations, and possibly a mutiny on your hands. From your POV, it's going to be "No more Mr. nice guy!" You've done everything you can. You played by the rules. But you still feel like a doormat. If this doormat thing was Act II, you're ready to move on to Act III. You no longer want to dance to the tune of your parents or family members who expect you to tow the line and keep up appearances. You are going to move into Act III, where you do what you want.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Your money scene continues to grab your attention, especially because many of you are looking for ways to boost your income. "Where's the money, honey?" This is a good thing because you also have a lot of moneymaking ideas right now. It's a fact that by nature, you are a rebel. You always march to the beat of your own drummer. Now more than ever, you want to change your daily routine. You want to change the way your life seems to play out, especially with respect to siblings, neighbours and relatives and how you communicate to everyone on a daily basis. You no longer want to fit into everybody else's schedule. You want to set your own schedule. And why not?
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
It's all about you, dear Pisces because this is your birthday month! This means that wonderful circumstances tend to materialize for you. You will also attract important people to you. "It's true! It's all about me!" However, when we refer to the unusual planetary event mentioned in All Signs above, we see that you are really fired up about money and earnings. You seem to be changing your tune. Now you want money - more money - all the money. "It's my turn!" This means that if you feel you have been held back either by circumstance or your own self limitations with respect to earning money, you want to leave that behind you.
