All Signs
According to Numerology, last year was a Nine year (2+1+6=9). This means it was a time of completion and endings. This year, we are in a One year because 2017 is 2+1+7= 10=1. Mamma mia! This is a big shift! It means we have gone from a time of wrapping up things (especially things that began around 2008) to a time of beginning new ventures. Previous One years were 1999, 1990, 1981, 1972, 1963 etc. These are broad generalizations; but they're thought-provoking. That's why 2017 is the year to clarify goals and apply renewed energy to our lives because it takes work to get things rolling in a new direction. Not only do we need to work hard and set new goals; we also need to develop our physical strength. Do not dwell on the past. 2017 is the beginning of a new adventure! You no longer have to feel like a Vampire on a day pass.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Read All Signs because it especially applies to you for the next four weeks. This is the time to recognize and define what you want your life to be. The next four weeks will be popular for you, and many of you will be involved with groups more than usual. Because friendships and your relations with groups will be more prominent, take a moment to examine the role they play in your life. The month ahead is a good time to work and cooperate with others because this will be mutually beneficial. And remember that the people you associate with are a reflection of who you are. (This can be sobering.)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
In the next four weeks, the Sun is at the top of your chart. This is the only time all year this occurs. It symbolizes a spotlight shining on you and light is flattering, which means that people in authority see you in a positive way. This is why you will be given increased responsibilities. It's important to know you don't have to be a super hero to fulfil these responsibilities. (Good lighting is everything.) Don't pretend that you are something that you aren't. (The truth eventually comes out.) Just accept these responsibilities and give it your best shot. Many of you will be involved with a parent more than usual. (Hey, it's never too late to have a happy childhood.)
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
In the next four weeks, grab every chance to broaden your horizons. Obviously, if you can travel - do so. You need a change of scenery! You want adventure and an opportunity to learn something new. If you don't travel, explore educational opportunities and take a course or go back to school. The main thing is to stimulate your intellect and give yourself a broader perspective of life. You might meet people from different backgrounds, which gives you a new learning experience. You might also discover metaphysical, spiritual and religious experiences. Could be anything. You will love this energy because you are naturally curious. "Look! A bright shiny object!"
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
You will feel more passionate and intense about everything in the next four weeks. This suits you fine because you have a strong desire to experience life at a deeper level. You're not satisfied with an intellectual understanding of things because you are thinking about life, death, mortality and "What's it all about Alfie?" You will be more in touch with your inner world and your assessment of your values. You will have to deal with the values of others which differ from your values. Perhaps someone will challenge your value structure? The bottom line is you will so some serious self inquiry in the next four weeks. (Wow.) Does this mean you have to grow up? Maybe.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
In the next four weeks, the Sun is opposite your sign, which means that in your chart, the Sun is as far away from you as it gets all year. Because the Sun is your source of energy, you will be more tired. Just acknowledge this and get more sleep. Don't beat yourself up. You're not losing it. You just need more rest. This oppositional Sun also forces you to focus on your closest relationships. You might wonder if a particular relationship does or does not fulfil your needs. But ask yourself how much you fulfil the needs of your partner? After all, for a successful relationship, you must be as good for your partner as he or she is for you.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
With both Venus and Mars opposite your sign, it's a mixed bag. At times, you are irritated with others, then in the next breath, you are pleased and grateful to have them in your life. Go figure. Meanwhile, the energy of this New Year makes you want to manage your life as well as possible. You want to be efficient, productive and effective in everything you do. You're making lists. You're setting goals. Because your sign values wellness, you will adopt a get-healthy kick, especially with diet. You will be more concerned with health and hygiene than usual. (Which is saying a lot.) The bottom line is you want to make every action help your life to run more smoothly.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
You will work hard in the next few weeks. Fortunately, relations with coworkers are positive. Nevertheless, your focus is on fun and games! You want to party! This is why the next four weeks are the best time for you to take a vacation and enjoy social outings - the theatre, musical performances, the arts, sports events and playful activities with children. Romantic adventures will excite you! You might begin a new romance or a flirtation with someone. Just remember that you can relax and just be yourself. You don't have to apologize for who you are. Be like Popeye, "I yam what I yam."
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
You want to explore romance and playful times with friends in the next four weeks. You want fun, pleasure and a chance to enjoy the arts. Nevertheless, you have to focus on home and family more than ever. Your interactions with a parent could be more important. Many of you are still involved with redecorating projects and real-estate opportunities. Something is creating chaos and activity at home, which means you have to be patient with others. Communications with everyone are important, which is why you should let clear communications be your goal. Examine even your casual relationships. Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
With Mercury in your sign, you need to talk! Fortunately, Venus softens your conversations, which is a good thing. It makes you diplomatic and charming. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)

This and the fact that you're beginning a New Year means this is the perfect time to make goals for the future. Where do you want to be five years from now? Where do you want to be one year from now?
