All Signs
This is a lovely week! Venus and Mars move into Libra bringing a softer energy. Of course, the strong focus on Scorpio continues with the Sun and Mercury in Scorpio, plus the only New Moon in Scorpio all year occurring on Wednesday. This is the perfect time to make resolutions about how to be the best you can be. Even just shaving off 50 calories a day, walking more, saving 10 bucks a day, making your bed in the morning can make a change that is accumulative in the future. Soon you'll be writing in your 5 Minute Gratitude journal and your bathroom mirror will be covered in kisses. It's surprising how little it takes to feel better about ourselves, isn't it?
Aries (March 21-April 19)
With Venus and Mars opposite your sign now it's a bit of a double-edged sword. Venus will sweeten all your relationships with partners and close friends, but by contrast, Mars will make you impatient with others. Go figure. Does one cancel the other one out? Not really. They just take turns. Meanwhile, the Sun and Mercury will make you intense and passionate about everything. Take advantage of the New Moon midweek and make resolutions about how to reduce your debt and come to a better arrangement regarding shared property, inheritances and insurance disputes. Oh yeah. Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Remember that you need more sleep because the Sun is as far away from you as it gets all year and the Sun is your source of energy. Meanwhile, Mercury opposes your sign, which makes this an excellent time to clarify your position on issues and explain things to others. This is an excellent time for important discussions in intimate relationships. In fact, with the only New moon opposite your sign all year, your focus on partnerships and close friendships will be strong. Ask yourself what you can do to improve these relationships? How can you get more money from these people? (Yeah, yeah, I'm kidding.)
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Because Venus and Mars changed signs this week, you want to play! Flirtations, romance, love affairs, fun getaways, vacations, the theatre, sports events and parties will be an increasing part of your world. Nevertheless, the New Moon, the Sun and Mercury balance this frivolity because they want you to work hard and get better organized. They also want you to respect your health through better eating and exercise. But hey, dancing, sex and running around to parties require energy! And pushing 50 is enough exercise for anyone. Discussions at work will bring you the resources and help from others that you need.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
It's play city for Cancers! This is the perfect time for a vacation. It's also a great time to enjoy sports events, parties, romantic rendezvous' and playful times with children. Many of you will also enjoy entertaining at home, especially because you have redecorating ideas. Some are even renovating. (You love a high-functioning kitchen.) This is also a good week to plan future vacations and fun activities with your kids. Artisans and writers will be productive this week as well because you feel creative. You have a strong urge to do something with your hands. Horace said, "Art is poetry without words."
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
You are focused on home and family more than usual right now. In fact, many of you are hunkered down at home. This is an excellent time for home repairs and family discussions. In fact, not only are you keen to talk to others, many of you can make money from talking and writing. You also have a desire to clear away anything that is no longer useful or relevant. "Get rid of this stuff!" This way, you can make room for new stuff, and new stuff is better than old stuff because it's not as dusty. The New Moon on Wed. is a good time to make resolutions about how to improve family relationships; and also, how to improve where you live.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
This week you are pumped with energy! "Shops must be visited! Money must be spent!" This is a great time for short trips. It's also a great week for those of you who sell, market, teach, act and promote anything for a living because you're eager to talk and people want to hear what you have to say. Financial negotiations that are home related will be solid. This includes real-estate purchases, as well as purchasing something lovely for your home. Indeed, you will enjoy buying beautiful things for yourself and loved ones, but do take note: You can work hard and boost your earnings at this time. Be clever and resourceful.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This is a strong time for you because this week both Venus and Mars have just moved into your sign. Fair Venus will stay there until Dec. 4; and Mars will stay there until early January. Venus has not been in your sign for over a year. Whenever Venus is in your sign, you are instantly more charming and diplomatic with everyone. You're Teflon. Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
It's all about you now, dear Scorpio, with the Sun, Mercury and the New Moon in your sign this week. Enjoy increased activity because you will attract people to you as well as favourable circumstances. On Wed. and Thurs. this week, take a realistic look in the mirror and ask yourself what you can do to improve your image. It's the best time of the year to do this. This is also a great week to talk to groups and friends in group situations because these discussions will be upbeat and successful. You are also concerned with mysteries, secrets and the subtext of things, which is why you will love delving into psychology, astrology and the occult. You will also examine, scrutinize and probe things to learn more. Hmmm.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
You might delve into secrets and mysteries this week, and by doing so, come up with answers and secret information. Obviously, those of you who are doing research into the past or studying history and that sort of thing will be very productive. Aside from the studies and research that you will do on your own, you actually have a strong desire to flit around like a social butterfly from flower to flower. You're suddenly keen to see friends and join clubs, groups and associations. Sports events, especially the competition, will captivate you. A friendship with someone older or more experienced might develop. This could even develop into a romance.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Such a popular time! Enjoy schmoozing with others because everyone wants to see your face. Friendships with younger people will particularly delight. On Wed, we have the only New Moon all year that urges you to scrutinize your friendships. Do you hang out with quality people? Do you like your friends? When someone asked the Dalai Lama how they could have more friends he said, "Be friendly!" This is also a great week to make plans for future travel, further education and anything related to publishing, the media, medicine and the law. For the rest of the year, your ambition will be aroused - no question. Perhaps this is why romance with a boss or someone in a position of authority might begin.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Because this is the only time all year when the Sun is at high noon in your chart casting a flattering light on you, you look marvellous to others - and you should take advantage of this.
