All Signs
The astrological forecast is not dramatic this week. There are no Mercury Retrogrades for the rest of the year. This week there is no Full Moon or New Moon. The only two points of interest are that the Sun and Mercury are in Scorpio; and Venus, Mars and Jupiter are in Virgo. Scorpio is the sign of medicine (all aspects of medicine including psychology). Virgo is the sign of wellness (healthy eating, vitamins and disciplines that maintain health and prevent disease). Virgo rules the intestines. So here we have a strong emphasis on health for everyone! People are either trying to stay healthy or get their health back. Hmmm, Mark Twain was worried that reading too much advice about health could cause him to die of a misprint.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Probably more than any other sign, you are focused on your health right now. You want to do whatever you can to enjoy good health, which means you are thinking about what you eat and how much exercise you get (or don't get). Groan. However, the emphasis of three planets in this same part of your chart also shows that you are just as focused on your job. Venus, Mars (your ruler) and lucky Jupiter will bring you opportunities! And Jupiter will keep bringing opportunities this year and next year to you to find work that is fulfilling and enjoyable. This means you can either improve your current job or find a better job! Right now, fiery Mars gives you pride in your job plus lots of energy to work hard.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
This cluster of Venus, Mars and Jupiter spells fun, romance and playtime for Taurus. This is the year to enjoy vacations! You will also enjoy vacations next year, as well. Hmmm. You are not into self-denial now. You want to have fun, and you intend to go after it! This month your sex drive is strong, which means physical relationships have appeal. (Nudge, nudge.) Relations with children are bit of a mixed bag. In one way, you will enjoy playful times with kids, and yet, conflict with one of your kids is also likely. Romantic relationships will be affectionate and sweet. Likewise, serious partnerships are also rewarding. This is a wonderful time for love and romance.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You're putting a lot of energy in two areas of your life: You want to work hard because this is where you feel fulfilled. This includes mental work because you find it easy to pay attention to details; plus you're keen to be involved in a hands-on level. However, you also have a strong involvement with home, family and real estate. Great! In a 24 year stretch, this year and next year, are the best times for you to benefit from real estate. This means you can expand your home, get a better home or speculate. Increased chaos and activity at home are happening, but you can handle this. You will also enjoy entertaining at home and making your digs look more attractive. Yup, home is where the art is.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Life goes on. You go to work; you have responsibilities. This is a given. Nevertheless, the main focus in your chart now is fun, play and pleasure! You want the freedom to do your own thing! You feel prankish and playful. In addition, you're enjoying reading and playing games for amusement, especially games that require mental agility. Those who sell, market, teach, write and act will do well. It's a busy pace for you right now. But in this busy pace, you are taking time to smell the roses. In fact, you notice the beauty in your surroundings more than usual. That's nice. Appreciation is important in life.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
There are two areas that now have a strong focus for you: home, family and your private life; and money, cash flow and earnings. That sums it up for you. At this time, you are hunkering down at home more than usual. Family discussions are important. Many of you are also focused on home repairs. There is no question that three planets in your Money House have you thinking about cash flow, money and earnings. (Oh yeah.) Leos don't like to be broke. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Both the Sun and Mercury are in your Money House right now. This means you're giving a lot of thought to the things that you value. You are also giving a lot of thought to your possessions and whether or not they serve your needs, or they are just an albatross around your neck. That's why you will make an effort to establish greater control of your life through what you own, including money. This is why you're giving thought to business and commercial affairs. You might also be shopping more than usual. But in the bigger picture, because three planets are "hidden" in your chart - you, too, are keeping a low profile.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
This is a powerful time for you with both the Sun and Mercury in your sign. You're pumped with energy and eager to talk to others. People and favourable circumstances are attracted to you. Venus, Mars and Jupiter are in a part of your chart related to friendships, clubs, groups and associations. Jupiter guarantees that this year and next year will be a popular time for you! And this month, you're enjoying friends, being physically active in sports, and perhaps, competing with someone. Meanwhile, back in the boudoir, fair Venus makes you cozy and affectionate. A friend could become a lover. (No surprise - Scorpios like recreational sex.)
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
You're playing it low key because both the Sun and Mercury are hiding in your chart. This makes sense because your birthday looms ahead, which means your personal year is coming to an end. What could be more appropriate now than planning for your new year? What are your ideas and expectations for your new year? Despite the need to strategize, on an everyday basis, your ambition is strong. This is timely! Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You're popular! Enjoy hanging out with others, especially younger people. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
This month you need a change of scenery! You crave adventure and new knowledge. This same planetary influence will also help you explore publishing, the media, the law, medicine and anything to do with higher education. The next few weeks are ideal for you to study or have lofty conversations about philosophy, politics and religion. Meanwhile, Venus, Mars and Jupiter are all opposite your sign energizing your friendships and partnerships. This year and next year are ideal times to get married. They are also ideal years to begin a new partnership. But, oh oh, as long as Mars is opposite your sign, you're annoyed with others; and Mars will not move away until mid November. Yikes!
