All Signs
The Sun, Mercury and Mars are all in one sign, with Venus getting ready to join them in 10 days. When a group of planets "bunch up" together, this creates a strong energy. In one way, it's a similar energy for everyone because the energy is "out there" in the world, but in another way, because this concentration occurs in a different part of each chart, it is different for each person. The same but different; that's life, isn't it? In one way, the future holds many changes. And in another way, the future is much like the present, only longer.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
This is not a time to go it alone. Work with groups to co-ordinate your needs with theirs so you can actively pursue your goals. Of course, the trick is finding people you can work with. Mars makes you aggressive and competitive. This is why you might be having difficulties with friends or members of groups. You want personal gratification from what you do and recognition for your efforts. Sports or physical activities with others will be particularly rewarding. Now is the time to formulate goals and actively go after them. Figure out where you want to be in the future and then figure out what you have to do now to start to get there.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
This handful of planets is at the top of your chart, which makes you very ambitious. You're working hard to get something done. Work independently if you can because you want recognition for your efforts. You want to be your own boss. Nevertheless, many of you work for others, which means your exuberance, enthusiasm and hard work pose a threat to someone. Try to align your interests with theirs and then they will help you. Make it a win-win situation. Unless there is really something important at stake, play down conflicts with others. Don't lose the war by trying to win a tiny battle. Bosses and people in authority will likely listen to you now.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You want to get outta Dodge. You want to travel, experience adventure, discover new horizons, meet new people and learn fascinating new things about different cultures or perhaps even discover the meaning of life. (The answer is 41.) Creative intellectual work will appeal to you. You will defend your beliefs and ideas. This is great if you have to influence others, however, don't browbeat others to agree with you. (There are none so deaf as those who are wearing headphones.) Essentially, you want to use your energy now to expand your mind to open up new dimensions of reality. Some of you will be involved in law courts as well as healing, publishing and the media. You can learn a lot now.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
You're quite obsessed about something now and in the next several weeks (due to this heavy concentration of planets). You can't let up. You can't get it out of your mind. Meanwhile, many will fight over shared resources, jointly held property, inheritances or insurance issues. In fact, it will be difficult to settle these because you feel you have too much at stake. The upside (perhaps) of this heavy focus is an obsession with sex. You might be seeking physical experiences that are transformative, over-the-top and life-changing. Well, good luck. Yes, this is possible, but remember not to expect too much from someone who is just another frail mortal like yourself. We all take our pants off one leg at a time.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This party of planets is opposite your sign in the area of your chart associated with marriage, partnerships and open enemies. Naturally you're going to be assertive with others - loved ones and enemies. Mars will make it difficult for you to compromise or give in. Factoid. At least you're not a sell-out. And it also gives you a chance to put your cards on the table and clear the air with whatever grievances you might have. Not a bad thing. Furthermore, Mercury will encourage you to discuss difficulties with others. Although Mars makes you identify with your opinions, Mercury helps you to be more detached so one hand washes the other. (Hopefully with sweet-smelling soap.)
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You have a tremendous amount of energy to work hard and get things done. This cluster of planets makes you focus energetically in whatever you do, and take pride in it. Naturally, you'll want credit because you identify with your work. This also means you don't feel like a team player. "I did this!" Mercury will help you do all kinds of mental work because you easily pay more attention to detail. Mercury also promotes discussions with co-workers and sharpens your critical abilities to proof work and identify errors. You might also be equally focused on your health and want to discuss health issues with great interest, especially different approaches to how you can improve your health or overall sense of wellness.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This gaggle of planet in one sign bodes well for you because it amplifies your desire for fun, pleasure, vacations, parties and having a great time! You feel playful and also quite athletic. Those of you involved in sports will excel now. Because your desire is strong (Mars rules your sex drive), you will explore the physical aspects of romance and love affairs much more than usual. Yes, you'll enjoy a candlelight dinner but you're also ready to swing from the chandelier. The only downside is because your emphasis is on vacations, fun and pleasure, it will be harder to corral the self-discipline to work and get things done. Oh well, you can't have everything. Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
The Sun, Mercury and Mars (and soon Venus) are highlighting your private life. This is why there's so much activity where you live due to renovations, visiting guests or general hustle and bustle. You might be more involved with relatives or living with a parent. Mars can also stir up domestic disputes over land ownership. Mercury will encourage family discussions as well as pave the way for tackling home repairs. Very soon, you'll be into redecorating projects and entertaining at home as well. Of course, you are still involved in your career and your job but you cannot escape this emphasis on home and family for the next several weeks. Stock your fridge.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
This is a busy time! (Not the time to settle down to relax.) Short trips, conversations with everyone and commitments with relatives demand time. You'll enjoy meeting new people and will delight in intellectual activities, especially activities where you're talking and using your hands. ("Wanna see my photo albums?") Mars punches the energy of your communications, making you assertive and highly persuasive. (This is because you identify with your beliefs and what you say.) Obviously, if you're in sales, marketing, teaching and acting, or you write for a living, you're in the zone. People cannot resist whatever you espouse. (All Sagittarians can dazzle others with their words.)
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You're beginning to identify with your earnings, your bank account and whatever you own. With today's emphasis on material things, this is easy to do. You might even make unwise, impulsive purchases because you "have to have" something. Since you're focusing on what you own, you'll also want to maintain it, repair it and use it to get things done. You don't want your possessions to be a headache. You want them to facilitate your life. You're also dreaming up money-making ideas and thinking about business and commerce. And you'll love making financial plans and setting up budgets. You might also give thought to what your real values are. This would be wise.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
The whole world is having an Aquarian hit with the Sun, Mercury and Mars in your sign and Venus about to join them in 10 days. It might be hidden from the outer world, but you feel it. Secret love affairs are the classic expression of this, but another likely influence is that those little self-defeating acts of which we are often unaware will be more obvious to you now. Instead of challenging others, it's time to challenge yourself. Many of you will want to help others in a selfless way because you are more keenly aware of their suffering. This is one of the nobler aspects of Pisces, for sure.
