Astrology is elemental, my dear Watson. Each of the 12 signs of the zodiac is an element: Air, Earth, Water or Fire. You might say Air is intellectual, Earth is tactile, Water is emotional and Fire is dynamic. Right now, fair Venus, fiery Mars, lucky Jupiter and stern Saturn are all in Air signs, which creates a heady, cerebral influence for everyone (no matter what sign you are). All this Air influence is making everyone vibrantly social and talkative! It encourages writing, study, teaching and the exchange of ideas. Freedom of thought and movement are crucial. (Oh my! "Shops must be visited. Money must be spent.")
Aries (March 21-April 19)
A mix of influences is present. You're happy to cocoon at home enjoying your cozy privacy as long as difficulties with an authority figure (a parent or partner) don't set your teeth on edge. (Grrr.) This might be why you are equally eager to get out and schmooze! You'll enjoy meeting new people, talking to neighbours and siblings to share good feelings. In fact, this is the perfect time to let others know how much you love them. Plus you're becoming more aware of how much beauty there is in your daily surroundings. Cool! This beautifully offsets any irritation with others. Meanwhile, you're pleased with a recent achievement. Yay me!
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
You're active. You've got places to go, things to do, people to see. You want to break out of your rut, however, this week something holds you back. You feel overworked. Relations with a boss might be tough. Others seem to interfere or get in your way. (These are just some reasons why you feel weary with the weight of the world on your shoulders.) You're singing the Song of the Volga Boatmen: "Yo heave ho! Pull once more!" You're working hard and delegating to others, which means the good news is your financial picture is going to improve. Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Since you're an Air sign, four planets in Air suit you beautifully. You feel energized, charming and social. You have a desire to relate to others and make peace with your enemies. Naturally, this is a great time for a vacation because pleasure ranks above work. You're not into self-denial. Au contraire! Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
