While volcanic ash created the biggest upset in aviation history, two celestial events coincided: The first is the current Mercury retrograde. Mercury moves forward at 2° per day; but from April 14- 21, Mercury was frozen at the same degree putting the entire planet on hold. (Gulp.) Meanwhile, every 45 years, Uranus (the ruler of aviation) opposes Saturn (regulations and the government). This opposition occurs five times between 2008-10. The first was Nov. 4, 2008, when the US election put President Obama in the White House. (Revolutionary!) The last two oppositions occur April 26 and July 26 this year. Big upsets are happening! The upside is whatever upsets us will force us to explore new ground, which widens our vision and experience of the world. (This just shows you're as young as your jeans.)
This particular Saturn/Uranus opposition is so "big", you can't confine it to a 24-hour period. It embraces a two year window. Nevertheless, one of the mathematical oppositions occurs this week,, which means important friendships and partnerships are undergoing huge changes in your life. Let's face it, some of them will end. ("So long, and thanks for all the fish.") Other relationships will have to readjust in a major way. This same influence can affect your work, and even your health. It's definitely connected with high-tech stuff and computers. You might feel overwhelmed trying to play catch-up on your job. Relax. You can only do what you can do.
This is not a typical week. In addition to the high jinks mentioned above in All Signs, the only Full Moon all year that is directly opposite your sign takes place right now. Oy! Yes, you will feel stress, mostly with partners, friends, kids, sports, and vacations. Frankly, it's a crapshoot. One thing is certain, the stress from the Full Moon will be over by the beginning of May. Fortunately, it is always short-lived. (Be thankful for small mercies.) In the meantime, expect surprises from friends, and groups with whom you are involved. Something could cause you to radically change your future goals. I think ultimately, these changes will be for the better, even if it doesn't look that way right now.
The Full Moon this week will likely introduce some stress to your work, and possibly your health. Fortunately, it is temporary. But in the bigger picture, this Saturn/Uranus opposition could revolutionize how you deal with your family, your home, and even how the big wide world perceives you. For the last two years, your so-called "reputation" has been changing rather radically. People don't even know who you are anymore! Just tell them since you are the twins, and there's two of you, you're never sure who is going to come out to play! Ultimately, when the dust settles, you will have greater freedom with respect to family obligations. "The record shows, I took some blows, and I did it myyyy waaaay."
The Full Moon this week could cause tension with romance, dealing with children, and anything to do with sports, vacations, and the arts. Be patient with others because whatever stress occurs will diminish or disappear by the end of the week. Whew! (Don't get your belly in a rash.) In the bigger picture, however, travel plans, and anything with publishing, the media, medicine, the law, and higher education are totally upset and turned upside down. Keep a positive focus. When you figure out how to solve these problems, you might come out holding the jewel in the crown! Consider all this insanity an "obstacle blessing." (Yeah, yeah, easier said than done.)
The Full Moon this week is one of the tougher Full Moons for your sign. (Aagghh.) Tension with authority figures, parents, and family is part of the picture. Don't beat yourself up. You can't keep everyone happy. This is a tough Full Moon for all signs, but most especially, for Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. Whatever dustups occur will be settled by the end of the week. Meanwhile, in the bigger picture, you're dealing with cash flow issues, and the responsibility of the wealth of others, especially inheritances, insurance matters, taxes, and debt, plus shared property and wealth with partners. Expect a few surprises here! Nevertheless, ultimately, things will turn out in your favour. You can breathe easy!
Take extra precautions and allow extra time for everything this week because this particular Full Moon is accident prone for you. Accidents don't have to happen, but they will happen if you are distracted, rushed, harried, or thinking about something else. Therefore, slow down! Double-check everything because Mercury retrograde encourages errors and confused communications with others. (Ya think? Let us not forget the Mercury is your ruler.) Dealings with partners are dicey now, especially about shared property and previous arrangements. Things might not unfold as expected. In fact, they might unravel! Ultimately, lucky Jupiter will save you. It's all good.
Worries about cash flow, possessions, bills, taxes, and shared property could cause anxiety this week because of this Full Moon. However, this tension will disappear by the weekend. (This is nothing you can't handle.) However, the Saturn/Uranus opposition is a biggie. This will bring changes to your job, your health, plus partnerships and close friendships. Basically, this opposition is like something that's overdue. It's ready to burst or breakout. Something must be resolved, which means you have to move on. It might feel scary because you're moving into the unknown, but hey - security is just an illusion. You're never really secure anywhere! Nobody is. (I hate that part.) C'est la vie.
The only Full Moon in your sign is taking place this week. Naturally, you'll feel intensely emotional about things -- especially with partners and close friends. Since these intense feelings will hugely dissipate by the weekend, I suggest you cool your jets. Who wants to end up with egg on their face? (Ketchup helps.) Something upsetting or surprising with children, romance, groups that you're dealing with, sports, or even a vacation might catch you off guard. Keep an open mind about whatever happens. What initially upsets you, could turn out to be something that ends up broadening your experience, or opening up a whole new world!
The Full Moon this week could bring tension with coworkers, customers, and clients where you work. But you can handle this. Just stay positive. For others, it could stress health concerns. (Remember: optimism and physical activity are survival issues for Sagittarius.) However, there's no question that this Saturn/Uranus opposition will create changes at home, or within your family dynamic, or where you live. It might even reverberate outward to your career and your public reputation. For some, these big changes might have already taken place. For others, they're still looming ahead. Meanwhile, this is a good time to tidy your space, and clean up your act. (She said as her swift glance swept the room.)
Romance is rocky this week, along with dealing with children, and anything to do with sports. It's the Full Moon! Nevertheless, even though this particular Full Moon is a tough one, it hits you much less than it hits other signs. Not to worry. The Saturn/Uranus opposition is another matter. This could create an accident-prone situation; however, if you are mindful, you can avoid this. But you do have to be aware. Take note: your accidents could be either physical or verbal. (Do you want to do strenuous yoga exercises pulling your foot out of your mouth?) Daily communications with others, especially siblings will yield some surprises. But this is an exciting time because you're letting go of old ideas and concepts, and this is liberating!
This is not an easy Full Moon taking place this week. You feel pulled between the demands of home and family versus the demands of your career and your worldly reputation. Just do whatever you can with the knowledge that this tension will hugely subside or even disappear by the end of the week. However, something to do with money, possessions, cash flow, inheritances, taxes, debt, and shared property might definitely surprise you. (Whaaat?) You might have to change plans, or tackle something from a completely new angle. Don't give up easily. See it as a challenge to be resourceful. When you succeed, despite your obstacles, you'll feel elated and happy! "I did it!"
This is one of the most accident-prone Full Moons of the year for your sign. Therefore, slow down and take it easy. Don't rush anything. Allow extra time for everything. Take little breaks, and refuse to get frazzled. When the annals of history are written, none of this matters! However the Saturn/Uranus opposition could definitely throw you a curveball in relationships, partnerships, and dealing with close friendships. You might suddenly realize you have outlived a particular relationship. Finito! If this is the case, you have seen this coming for the last year. It's not really a surprise, probably just the final cause is a surprise. "I can't believe you did this to me!" The Greek dilemma: time for Uptitus and Smarticus to say goodbye.
