All Signs
A major conflict between two powerful planets is at play. It started in Nov. 2009 and will subside in Feb. 2010, only to return from July to Sept. I think it played a role in the Haiti tragedy. On a personal level, it primarily affect Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. However, you might have planets in these signs and not know it. For example, I'm not Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn, but my Moon in Cancer, therefore, this affects me. You might have your Moon or your Mars or Saturn in one of these signs. It's problematic. It creates power struggles, guilt trips, smothering control, extreme ambition, and conflict. But it does give you energy to accomplish! Ah yes, the heights of power. (You know if you go up as high as possible - all you find is pilots, and they're still just plane folks.)
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Some powerful energy is hitting your sign, especially with respect to partnerships and close friendships. Difficulties with partners might cause you to change your life direction. (Major!) You might feel the need for some kind of overhaul, or a general clearing out of something. It's a testing time for partnerships. Those that have outlived their usefulness will probably end. Nevertheless, many partnerships will endure, but they will have to undergo adjustments. You're taking your power now. You're coming into your own. This is why you will no longer let others, especially authority figures, hold you back. "This town ain't big enough for both of us."
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Some of you will meet people groups, and the outcome will affect your belief system. This could be political or religious (or both which of course will be poligious). Be careful. Poligious types are zealots. Some of you will also feel a health situation has come to a head and been conquered. Guard against working yourself to exhaustion at this time. You might do so out of ambition or a desire to please others, especially a group. (Don't be a poligious zealot!) In truth, with the Sun at high noon in your chart, others do notice you now, and they're impressed with you. Relax. This "good lighting" makes you look competent! Accept the increased responsibilities offered to you.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You might encounter difficulties with the responsibilities of children, or debt concerning the hospitality industry, the entertainment world, sports, or your expenses for vacations and fun times. It's those chickens coming home to roost! Definitely clear up old debt. Just face what needs to be done - and suck it up and do it. The sooner you attend to "unfinished business" the happier (and freer) you'll be. The good news is a completely different (and equally powerful) influence can transform your public reputation, and also bring new opportunities your way. These opportunities could affect you in a positive way for years to come. But first clear up what must be done.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Many of you are trying to arrive at a major decision about a partnership. At the of the same time, you're concerned about where you live. Recently, things have been in a state of flux because a residential moves, job changes, or uncertain plans. In the next few years, you want to create a solid anchor that you can count on. You need to feel you have a cozy, safe refuge. Relations with somebody from another culture might arise. Travel opportunities or chances for education or success in publishing, and the media could be dazzling! You've got a lot on your plate right now. (Make sure your eyes aren't bigger than your stomach.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
Power struggles with siblings and relatives are likely. (It's all about control.) Don't let others guilt trip you, and don't indulge in this yourself. It's possible to introduce some kind of reform or improvements to your health and your job. This could be something quite wonderful for you. However, avoid power struggles in these areas. Don't just plunge ahead if you encounter opposition. Be diplomatic. Pick your fights. Some kind of help, assistance, or direct cash from others could come to you now. If so, it's important to you share what comes to you. Whenever Pluto is involved, if you don't benefit others as well as yourself -- your benefit will be short-lived.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Power struggles with or about children might take place. Similarly, conflict with romantic partners is also likely. For some, this brings something to the surface that needs to be exposed or discussed. Whatever happens, you have a big chance to improve partnerships now. But it depends on what you do. Honesty is always refreshing and surprising. (Of course, total honesty is absurd. One uses discretion to respect the feelings and sensibilities of others. No?) But you must come clean about the big stuff. Settle disputed financial matters. On the whole, work can go well. Keep plugging away. There will be time off for good behavior.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This might be a difficult time, especially if you're born in September. Authority figures might get in the way of what you want to do. Things are happening now that will probably bring big changes in your life. For starters, you feel these forces are arrayed against you! Quite possibly, your own ambition has provoked this. Either you're determined to achieve something, or you're encountering somebody who is doing this to you. Either way, it's a conflict. Fortunately, while this is going on, you can make tremendous changes for the better at home, and within your family. Time to rid of what you no longer need, especially the deadwood.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
At times, we all must get rid of what we no longer need. We have to pitch out the excess. This is where you're lucky. Scorpio, more than any other sign, knows how to get rid of stuff. (Oh yes!) Capitalize on this urge, and go through cupboards, garages, drawers, bookshelves, closets, (and that pile of shoes by the front door) and get rid of what you're not using anymore. Your desire to "house clean" will result in a lighter, airy feeling where you live, and in fact, in all your dealings. Relations with lovers, sports colleagues, artists, and children will blossom. Because you're still charged with ambition, you're not letting up -- you're lightening up! (Big difference.)
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
If you're having squabbles with a friend or members of a group, tread carefully. The difficult transit that's taking place now relates to groups. If you act solely for your own benefit, your reward will be short-lived. Pluto is in the picture, and Pluto rules the masses. Pluto demands that whatever you do (to line your own pockets or benefit you in some way) must benefit others as well as yourself in order for you to receive long lasting perks. Keep this in mind. The reason this is important is it's entirely possible for you to boost your earnings now, or come up with a marvelous new source of income. Your money potential is amazing. Ka-ching!
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
This is a time of great change in their life, especially if you were born in December. You're working hard. You have tremendous drive and energy right now. Use this to get rid of whatever is old, worn, useless, broken, and no longer a benefit. This should be easy because you hate waste. However, this only applies to your world. Don't act on behalf of others because you think it's "for their own good". That's meddling. Also, if possible, whatever you choose to do now, should improve the lives of others as well as your own. Then you'll be the big winner! You will have to act. You can't sit back and watch the parade go by. What is working is excellent. Just get rid of what is not working. Do it.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Difficulties with partners and close friends continue. However, power struggles about travel, higher education, schooling, and anything related to publishing, the media, medicine, and the law are unavoidable. The good news is many of you see new ways of earning money. This is a powerful time for you because the Sun and Venus in your sign make you very charismatic. (You're adorable.) Cut others some slack. After all, an extremely successful time awaits you in about two years -- maybe three. Right now, whatever you do should benefit others as well as yourself, or else you will lose. One of life's cosmic little jokes.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Major changes affect your debt, taxes, inheritances, and shared property. Somebody might try to bully you in these areas. Or people might try to guilt trip you. Since the resources of others are either cut off from you or diminishing for the next two years, just accept this. You can stand on your own two feet. (Especially feet as well shod as yours!) This couldn't come at a better time. Jupiter is in your sign for the first time since 1998, and this is a lucky year for you! Now is the time for improvements to your appearance, your surroundings, and your partnerships. Many of you will gain power over others or assume authority. Accept this. Don't shy away. This is part of your learning curve.
