De Mille, Alfred Hitchcock, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lucille Ball, Mae West and Madonna. With three planets now in Leo, many dramatic events will take place in the world in the next month. "I'm a star!" There will also be a greater urge to party, see movies, make movies and take up tap dancing, even if you're 75. Aries (March 21-April 19)
When the world has a Leo influence like this, you probably enjoy life more than all the other signs. It's a wonderful time to enjoy playful activities with children. It's a great time to take a vacation. It totally enhances anything to do with romance and love affairs. Woo, woo! Go for picnics, barbecues and dazzling dinners. Get involved in arts and crafts. Watch or participate in sports. Visit spas and theme parks. Enjoy treasure hunts, birthday celebrations, wiener roasts, marathons, the theatre world, show business and charades parties. It's your turn for toujours l'amour. It's certainly time to boogie! (When preparing a dish for bedtime, champagne is the best tenderizer.)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
This increased emphasis on social activities and schmoozing will hit you closer to home. Now is the time to entertain at home. Invite family and friends over! People will have a grand time. It's also a wonderful excuse for you to tweak the place, do a little redecorating and make everything look jazzy enough to impress the gang with your wonderful taste and your comfortable surroundings. Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Life is now pleasantly busy, upbeat and buzzing. You've got places do go, people to see, things to do. Cancer (June 21-July 22)
While everyone is partying this month, you seem to be focused on earning money and definitely spending it. (No one is better than you at getting value for money spent.) Your ability to increase your earnings is excellent this month; likewise, the opportunity for you to buy beautiful things for yourself and loved ones is equally excellent. Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is your month to be in the swim of things because the entire world is having a Leo hit. Important and powerful people notice you and are willing to help you. In addition to this, unexpected opportunities can come your way. With fair Venus in your sign along with the Sun and Mercury, you look more attractive than usual, and you're also particularly adroit, articulate, and very much on the ball. It's finally your turn to recharge your batteries for the rest of the year. Despite opportunities to travel, socialize and enjoy yourself (because this is happening), you're also working hard to earn money and, of course, spend it. You see spending as exercising a God-given right. It makes you feel independent and in control.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Each year, just as your birthday is approaching, is the ideal time to lie low and look back over your shoulder to view the previous year. What do you think? What kind of a report card would you give yourself? You're a very intelligent, analytical individual and, as you view your recent past, how do you want your future year to be different? Don't be at the mercy of life unfolding and respond in a crisis-management mode. Map out what you want to happen. Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This is a marvellously social time for you. You love it. Get out your Riedel glasses and your barbecue and fete your friends. (Tumblers are trendy right now.) Artistic friends are in the picture. Certain social occasions will make you suddenly realize how fond you are of a particular friend. Ironically, warlike Mars is hiding in your chart, which means someone could be working against your best interests. Be careful. This is the ideal month to think about future goals and dreams. Bounce your ideas off others and get their feedback. It will help you. Winston Churchill said not to look too far ahead because only one link in the chain of destiny can be handled at any time.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
This is the only time all year when the Sun is at high noon in your chart, shining down on you. Because this acts like a spotlight on you, others notice you more than usual, especially bosses, parents and VIPs. Not only that, they're impressed with what they see. (Don't question this.) Make the most of this. Now is the time to press your agenda and further your plans, especially plans that need to be approved or sanctioned by people in authority. Someone will ask you to give your artistic input on something - design, layout, pages, rooms, buildings - something. Just do it. Because everyone thinks you're great right now, they'll love your input.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
You're starting to feel very much at home. You like your life. You see that no matter how tied down or overburdened you might feel, you're still free to do what you want to do, whenever you want to do it. Go figure! This is a wonderful time to travel and seek adventure on foreign shores. You're looking for a chance to spread your wings. (You want to make sure you can still fly.) Travel for pleasure is on the menu, so relax. Enjoy yourself! Opportunities also exist for higher education, taking courses, and exploring new avenues in publishing, media, medicine and the law. Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
For a number of different reasons, life is taking a passionate, very intense curve for you. No matter what is happening, it's not minor. It's major! You have a do-or-die feeling about something. It really matters to you. Naturally, all this intensity can translate into wild, crazy sex. (You are a frisky Earth Sign.) Something very fortunate can happen now as well: You stand to receive gifts, goodies, money, favours and perks from others, especially partners. Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
It's been about six months since your birthday and we're halfway through your year; this signifies a time when something in your life is reaching a culmination. As you try to wrap something up, or push it forward, you might encounter some opposition from others, including parents, bosses and VIPs. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
The planets now fire up several areas of your life. For starters, you're very keen to get organized. You're ready to work to pull together everything at home and on your job so that it all runs more smoothly. You're buying cleaning supplies, paint, wallpaper, shelving, tools -whatever - to ultimately make your life easier. Since you're motivated to do this now, by all means capitalize on this urge. Social times and playful opportunities, especially with the arts or sports, are also at hand. However, tension with partners is possible because Mars is opposite your sign.
