All Signs
It's been said maturity is accepting your limitations and functioning to the best of your ability within those limitations. This week the Sun opposes Saturn making us feel imposed upon by limitations and restrictions. Oy! We could feel lonely and cut off from each other. (Ah, the yawning abyss!) Duty before pleasure -- the works. But all is not lost. Another influence will bring each of us surprise goodies, unexpected good luck and splendid opportunities! It's a mixed bag. But ya know? I like a mixed bag. Monotony is a drag. It's fun to page yourself over the intercom and not disguise your voice. Or park by the side of the road holding a hair dryer out the window - ha! (Works every time.) As Dorothy Parker noted, "The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity."
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Although difficulties and disappointments might exist (briefly) with romantic partners, sports, the arts, vacation plans, gambling and working with children - if possible, try to learn whatever lesson lurks within. Responsibilities and obligations will likely curtail your social life in some way. (Agghh.) Nevertheless, one thing is certain: you will learn something this week. Some kind of epiphany or revelation will take place. "I am me!" Some might hear pleasing news from the government or a large institution. Unusual secrets might even stun you. Try not to react to criticisms from others. (Easier said than done.) Honest criticism is tough to take, particularly from a friend, a relative, an acquaintance or a stranger.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
There's good news and there's bad news. The bad news is that dealing with parents, bosses, VIPs and authority figures in your life could be a drag this week, especially around Saturday. (Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!) A parent or relative could become a burden. This is not something you welcome. However, a lovely and rather different friend could come in to your life. Or a friend could become a lover. Possibly, something to do with groups and clubs and organizations will delight and please you. So on one hand, you win; and on the other hand, your fingers are starting to swell and your rings hurt. Just be cool and play it in the key of C. (As in, "Let's see.")
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Surprising but pleasing news will affect your public reputation, your career and how others perceive you this week. This could mean a sudden promotion or an unexpected chance to prove yourself. You might fall in love with your boss. (Oy.) Alternatively, you might suddenly become involved in an artistic project or be asked to make something look more beautiful or attractive. A new romance with someone older or richer or more established is likely. (Who knew?) (Caution: although the best laboursaving device is a partner with money - the price is generally too high to pay.) Discouraging news related to travel, publishing or school could be related to unrealistic expectations. (A temporary speed bump on the road of life.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Late in the week, you might be discouraged about news regarding shared property, or the obligations you have to or for others; or you could be disappointed about inheritances, or what you expected from someone else. It's a bit of a bummer. (But nothing huge.) Fortunately, unexpected opportunities to travel or further your education or take a course will definitely please you this week. This good news could be related to publishing, the media or something to do with law and medicine as well. It's exciting! You might meet someone from another culture or different country. Whatever happens makes you feel excited, young at heart and ready for tax-deductible adventure!
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is a curious week. It starts off with gifts and goodies coming your way. (Count on this.) Not only will you benefit from the wealth of others, surprising and liberating, intimate relationships could also be mind-boggling. (But what a fun way to boggle your mind!) This could be related to (or possibly run counter to) an existing partnership. By the weekend of the 10th, relations with partners are strained or aloof. (Hopefully, you didn't blow something solid for a mere bonbon that tempted you.) Because you're gung ho to work, and keen to get better organized, why not focus your energy (the part of you that feels at loose ends with others) on accomplishing something you want to do?
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Something to do with work or your job might disappoint you late in the week. Relations with bosses could be strained. ("Are all the little bits gone now?") You might feel out of sync with coworkers. Or you could feel overwhelmed by duty and obligations. These things happen. However, what will definitely sweeten the pot for you this week is a surprise shift in important partnerships and relationships. Someone new could enter your life. You might suddenly meet someone from a different background -- someone completely different from you. It's all so sudden and yet exciting! (Be still my beating heart.) Or perhaps an existing partnership suddenly blows your mind. It's all good.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Later in the week, you might have increased responsibilities with children or disappointments with romance. But this is nothing you can't handle. Quite likely, this disappointment is tied in with some kind of idealism or unexpressed expectation. (Unexpressed expectations always lead to disappointment. People can't read your mind!) Fortunately, something marvelous connected to your health or your job is a wonderful boost this week. New technology, new equipment, unusual coworkers, or new job offers that expand your duties and influence are just some of the ways you might be pleased. It could mean more money as well. Ka-ching!
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
A new romance with someone from a very different background is quite possible this week. Something exciting and fun will take place. Surprise invitations for a vacation or a party or some kind of fun, social occasion will please you. Something to do with sports, the arts or working with children could definitely boost you in a positive way! By the end of the week however, increased responsibilities with parents, bosses and authority figures are likely. Someone might try to block your plans to do something. Oh well, you can't win 'em all. Just go with what works and cope with the challenges as they arise. Even a hurricane doesn't last a day.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Some kind of idealistic or romantic expectation could ultimately lead to disappointment at the end of the week. It might be related to publishing, travel, religion, politics - gads, just about anything. Fortunately, that is not the entire tone of the week for you. Something at home or within your family dynamic or related to where you live really pleases you. It's probably a sudden opportunity. It could definitely be a fabulous real estate deal for some of you. Spontaneous gatherings at home will delight you. Something surprising with someone quite unexpected will pleasantly catch you off guard. Whee! This is fun!
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Many of you are meeting some fascinating, interesting people right now. I mean, real characters who blow your mind, or expand your horizons in some way. It's exciting! It's the bizarre and unexpected part that makes you feel younger and more alive. Mars in your sign gives you lots of energy now. Life is certainly not boring! However, financial obligations or restrictions at the end of the week must be dealt with. Be careful about going overboard (and burdening yourself) with extravagant expenses. Veni vidi, Visa. We came, we saw, we went shopping.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Your financial picture looks great this week. An unexpected bonus, perhaps a raise, or a gift of money, or a lovely possession will really please you. (It might even be a spontaneous purchase that delights you.) If you have a sudden opportunity to make money -- grab it quickly. You have only a short window of time to act. Somehow, you will have unexpected good fortune related to money, earnings or possessions. Factoid. This could be (or not) related to some tension that arises late in the week with partners and close friends. Quite likely, you feel disappointed because you expected more from someone. (It's easy to miss a silver lining if you're looking for gold.)
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)

At the beginning of the week, it lines up with unpredictable Uranus. This is definitely a major bonus for you. Some kind of electrifying news makes you feel over-the-top. Relationships are exciting. You feel good to be alive. Remember this feeling later in the week when something behind the scenes (possibly related to your work or your health) discourages or delays you.
