All Signs
Jupiter has just moved into Sagittarius for the first time in 12 years. Jupiter is huge -- about 650 times the size of Earth. It signifies abundance, increase, wealth and good fortune. The Romans called Jupiter - Jove (hence the term jovial). Wherever Jupiter touches your chart, it magnifies activity and attracts opportunities to that part of your life. It rules law and jurisprudence. It's also associated with travel, publishing and foreign countries. Because of its benefits, you have to be careful about what you want -- because you're likely to get it. (Think about this.) Perhaps this is why Jupiter is also connected with wisdom. It is consciousness expanding, but it can make you expand your waistline as well! (By contrast, Venus is about a balanced diet -- a cookie in each hand.)
Aries (March 21-April 19)
The recent move of Jupiter into Sagittarius is good news for your sign. For starters, it is now in your fellow Fire sign. This is good. It's going to make things easier and more pleasant for you in the coming year. Guaranteed. And your health will improve. Most certainly, you'll have increased opportunities to travel or get further education in the next 18 months. Essentially, Jupiter wants you to reach out and grab more of life - to learn more through exploring new places, new ideas and new ways of looking at life. Renew your passport. Sign up for a course or go back to school. You can no longer live with your old prejudices and beliefs. It's time to develop a new world view! (Yes, there is life beyond Starbucks.)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
My, my we are sitting pretty! I say this because you like money in the bank plus gifts and goodies; and this is just what you can expect in the next 18 months. Many of you will receive inheritances, bonuses or money back from the government or some other source. Your partner will earn more. Your wealth and assets will increase through others. Yes, you'll be laughing all the way to the bank. But that's not all. Your sex drive will be amped as well. (You juicy peach.) You're a passionate, earthy, sensuous sign. (Taurus is tactile.) You've developed your highly sensitive tactile qualities by handling money. Many of you can tell the difference between a 20 and 100 in a dark bathroom. What a skill!
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
The first time in 12 years, Jupiter moves opposite your sign. This is a time of culmination and success. At this point, you're asking yourself - "what gives me satisfaction?" This is the turning point in your quest for answers. One part of you wants to go after everything you can get. "It's mine -- all mine!" (Boris Karloff riff here.) However, the real treasure is within. In the last six years, you learned how to a view your relationship with material wealth. Now you must look inwards to find the prize. What makes you happy? Your intimate one-to-one encounters with others will teach you the most about yourself in the next year. In fact, it's an excellent time to form any kind of partnership. "Livingston, I presume?"
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
You've enjoyed vacations, fun, romance and/or increased joy with children. Some of you have been very involved in professional sports and the arts. All this good stuff can stay, but let's add another layer. You're going to get far more serious about your job, in large measure because it's going to improve beyond your wildest dreams. You'll either get a better job, or your current job will beautifully improve in some way. Your horrible boss will quit or retire or be fired. ("Ding dong the witch is dead!") Beware of confused conversations about shared possessions with lovers or even children. (On Monday/Tuesday.) Start to think about how you can become more efficient and more effective in everything you do. (Yes, this means getting out of bed in the morning.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
It's about time something wonderful happened to your sign. It ain't been easy doing the limbo with Father Time's (Saturn) sickle. You've been overwhelmed with responsibilities, work and worry about too many areas of your life! Oy vey. But lo! What light in yonder cave doth glow? It's time to clap your hands if you believe in fairies. Once every 12 years, one sign gets the green light for romance, love affairs, vacations, the arts, fun, parties and everything that is pleasurable. Yes, dear Leo. It's your turn! In the year ahead, you'll enjoy vacations, romance, and opportunities to express your creative talents. Enjoy lovely times with children. You rock!
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
The next 18 months (approximately depending on your birth) are one of the best times for real estate deals in the next 12 years. If you don't actually buy or sell property, you'll definitely enhance or expand where you live in a wonderful way. Your relations with family members will also be happier and more mutually generous. This is because everything to do with home, family and real estate will become a source of joy for you. Some of you will expand your families. (Babies? Marriages?) But at the deepest level of your being, you will feel more content with your life and who you are. (The beginning of the week is accident prone and subject to confused communications. Take precautions.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
The recent shift of Jupiter will bring increased optimism to your daily life. Your worries will diminish. You'll find it easier to take a positive point of view on everything. This not only makes your days unfold with more joy, it gives you more power to script a positive future for yourself. That's because: first comes the thought, then comes the word. From the word springs the deed, and the deed soon becomes habit. Eventually, habit hardens into character. This is why our thoughts are so important. We literally become our thoughts. (That's why everyone is responsible for their own face after the age of 40.) In the next 18 months, your happier thoughts will make you a happier person.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Mercury and Mars are still in your sign. (The rest of the planets have moved on.) At the beginning of the week, Mercury is challenged by fuzzy Neptune. This definitely creates disappointment and confused communications. But it's brief! (A passing dark cloud on your horizon.) In the big picture, moneybags Jupiter is now moving into your House of Earnings. Depending on your birthday, it will take 12 to 18 months before it moves on. During that time, it's almost guaranteed you will earn more money or get a better job. You'll probably spend more as well, because your assets will increase. To keep the formula of abundance alive and well in your life - practice generosity while you have an opportunity to do so. (True generosity is giving what is needed.)
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Well, it doesn't get better than this. Your ruler Jupiter has returned to your sign. It will stay for one year. According to astrology, this is one of the most marvelous opportunities you can have! For the next year, you'll feel better, luckier, more optimistic and happier about everything in your life! (Are you writing this down?) This is the beginning of a new 12 year cycle of growth. It's a great time to initiate new projects and expand any activity that interests you. Your freedom will increase. Expect chances to travel or go back to school. Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

You're going to love the next 12-18 months! You are the networker extraordinaire. You know how to rally the troops. You water your trap lines. This is just who you are. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Well, well, well. Lucky Jupiter is at high noon in your chart. This happens only once every 12 years. This means the next 18 months will bring you far more opportunities to promote your profession, your career, your social status and your reputation in your community. "Look Ma! No hands!" Expect a promotion at work. Expect public recognition for your efforts. Naturally, along with this your confidence and poise will increase. Definitely buy new shoes. You need to feel great about yourself. People will look at you with new respect and admiration. Finally, you will start to see the benefits of all that hard work of the last few years.
