All Signs
This week the Sun moves into Cancer and Venus moves into Gemini. Everyone will feel their focus start to shift to new areas in their lives. On Sunday/Monday there's a tendency to go overboard on things. Fortunately, a healthy equilibrium is restored by Thursday. (This includes hangovers.) Excess is fun but it's costly. And it's tough to save money when your neighbours keep buying things you can't afford. If you're going to do something excessive this week, just remember: Never trust anyone over-dirty.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
You might be involved with children in a big way now, perhaps working with them or through playful activities with children. You're gung ho about sports, arts and crafts, show business, the entertainment world or something to do with hot romance! However, guard against going overboard in any of these areas. In the next six weeks, you'll be more focused on home, family and real estate matters. Discussions with family members especially parents, could be significant. Something will trigger childhood memories for you. Despite your active social scene, you'll welcome time alone to cocoon and contemplate what arises in these discussions. (The best part of some family trees is underground.)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
The tempo of your daily activities is starting to accelerate. Suddenly, you have places to go, things to do, people to see. Short trips make things interesting. Some of you will study, read and write more as well. Siblings might also be in the picture in a bigger way. Meanwhile, visiting guests and renovations or redecorating projects create chaos and increased activity on the home front. You'll be glad when everything is all restored back to normal. You like back to normal. Frantic goings-on at home do not please you. Give yourself opportunities to talk to others in the next month. You have a growing urge to express yourself or enlighten others.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You're busy on all fronts. (Shee!) Fortunately, you're good at multitasking and juggling. Hang in there because you'll be in control by Thursday. You're thinking about money and earnings. You want to hustle up some cash for a particular reason. You might also be spending more too. But behind this increased preoccupation with cash flow, you're giving some deep thought to your basic life values. You want to know what really matters? You don't want to be at the train station when your ship comes in. You want to put your money on the right horse! On Friday, Venus enters your sign where it stays for almost four weeks. This makes you more charming than ever! Everyone loves you. Even you love you. (Kiss, kiss, hug, hug.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
It's finally your turn at bat. The Sun is in your sign for the next four weeks giving you increased energy, enthusiasm and libido! It's time to recharge your batteries for the rest of the year. This high energy attracts people to you. Expect more contacts, phone calls, invitations and the like in the next few weeks. This is the perfect time to make a one-year plan. How do want this year to be different from last year? What do you want to accomplish? Give yourself a few goals and deadlines. Most Cancers are going to have a vacation this year. Romance looks swell too. In many ways this can be one of the most fun loving years you've had in over a decade. Enjoy!
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
As the Sun moves into Cancer it moves into a hidden part of your chart. You'll need more down time and time for yourself. With your birthday looming, this is the perfect time to look back over the last year and gauge how well you're doing at the art of living. Mars in your sign makes you energetic and more aggressive than you usually are. (You might want to get more physical exercise to release some of this pent-up energy.) Of course, Mars is all about sexual energy as well. So your gonads are in overdrive. (Hot stuff!) Continue to get rid of whatever you no longer need. This is a turning point in your life. You're starting to build a whole new world (and identity) for yourself.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Your popularity will increase in the next six weeks. Friends, groups and organizations will make greater demands on your time. People want to see you; and you'll enjoy their company as well. In fact, you can benefit by discussing your goals and aims for the future with others. Their feedback could be helpful. Some of you might develop a crush on your boss or someone older and more experienced. Your diplomatic skills are very sharp now. If you have to pitch an important idea or project to anyone - you'll be impressive. You can also be successful at coordinating the efforts of others. You just need to define your mission.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
The Sun is now at high noon in your chart. This is the only time all year this happens. Since it acts like a spotlight on you, others notice you more than usual, especially bosses, VIPs, parents and teachers. (This includes the police, so you are not under the radar.) Travel for pleasure and any kind of advanced study especially in religion, politics, metaphysics, or philosophy will please you in the next month. It's quite likely you'll be active (perhaps physically active) in group situations. This is a good time for you. Explore whatever opportunities come your way. You might be a role model or in a position to set an example for others. (These things happen now and zen.)
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
In the month ahead, you'll be involved with travel, dealing with foreign countries, or matters to do with publishing, the media and higher education. You're eager to expand your world. You want to know more about life. In fact, you want to know more about everything! Try to visit places that inspire you with thought-provoking ideas or beauty -- galleries, museums, libraries, parks and art stores. Another thing that will please you is doing something different that you've never done before. This will satisfy your sense of adventure and exploration. Physical intimacy can be very sweet and affectionate now. Despite all the above references, your ambition is strong - and you're working hard!
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Fiery Mars is still urging you to travel somewhere. (Something you certainly adore.) Partly however, you have strong feelings of wanting to improve yourself right now. You might enroll in some kind of self-help course or buy some self-help books. This is totally appropriate for the next six weeks. During this period of time, you're unusually intense about wanting to transform and improve things. Your sex drive is turned on too. Fortunately, fair Venus enters Gemini on Friday, which is directly opposite your sign. This beautifully promotes your closest relationships. Since you're in the mood -- this is a nice coincidence - don't ya think? (Always yield to temptation. It may not pass your way again.)
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
As the Sun moves directly opposite your sign (where it will stay for the next month) you'll discover increasing opportunities to learn more about your closest partnerships and friendships. Things will happen that help you to observe and understand your style of relating to others. You might get a better understanding of why misunderstandings arise. You'll soon see you have to be as good for your partner as he or she is for you or it won't work. Don't get hung up on whether or not someone better might come along. In this world, there's no end to better. (The insidious truth that gets us all into hot water.) Far better to learn to be content and appreciate who you are and what you have.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
You can get an enormous amount of work done in the next 6-8 weeks. This will happen simply because you're very determined to get organized in practically every area of your life. You want to pull it all together. You want to make it work. Since motivation is everything -- you're sure to accomplish much! Fiery Mars continues to oppose your sign. Therefore, be patient with partners. Avoid disagreements if you can. They will accomplish very little. Fortunately, fair Venus also wants you to take a vacation and enjoy romance. You might also enjoy increased playful activities with children or dabble in the arts more. Financial speculation looks good for the next three weeks. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
It's playtime for your sign for the next six weeks. This is a lovely time for you. It's also a perfect time for a vacation. Playful activities with children will please you. Romantic escapades and passionate trysts are also exciting and promising. (Mom always liked you best.) Many of you are redecorating at home now. You might want to entertain at home. Family vibes are excellent. Everything is quite cushy right now. Your playful spirit is turned on, not just romantically but creatively as well. Explore this. Be like a child again. Have fun just for fun's sake. (Ever noticed kids never go around showing snapshots of their grandparents?)
