All Signs
Four planets are now in Pisces: the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Uranus. This celestial gathering boosts each sign in a different way. Most of us will notice a shift in our focus now and in the next few weeks. On a more immediate note: this week begins with a bit of soul-searching. Many of us will seek advice from someone older or more experienced. However, similarly, many of us will fall into a passionate argument on Wednesday, March 2. The counsel of Proverbs is not always easy to follow but good to remember: "A soft answer turneth away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger." The observations of Johnny Carson are also profound: "For three days after death hair and fingernails continue to grow but phone calls taper off."
Aries (March 21-April 19)
There's no question this is your month to network and schmooze like mad with all kinds of artistic and eccentric people. Talk to characters, friends, acquaintances and members of groups and clubs. Accept all invitations. Adopt a friendly attitude with everyone. Not only will you delight in talking to a wide array of people, their feedback and input will help you tremendously. Long-term plans about family and real estate might be temporarily blocked at the end of the week. (You'll be able to work with this.) It's always darkest before it gets pitch black.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Something thrusts you into the public eye now and in the next few weeks. Accolades, honours, or a special responsibility puts you in the limelight. Discussions with your boss or a parent are particularly significant now. In fact, you should know others will listen to you because without knowing why they respect you now. Some advice might come to you from someone who is older or more experienced. It seems to be reliable. But the source of this advice might also quarrel with you about possessions and finances. Just remember that others are watching whatever you do. Whether you like it or not, you are setting a role model.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You are a freedom loving sign. Yes, you're always looking for your soul mate; nevertheless, commitment makes you nervous. (We all have our contradictions.) This month more than ever, you want to strike a blow for your own freedom. That's why you're seeking a change. The feeling is so strong you simply want any change! Publishing, the media and plans for returning to school (or get training) are areas that hold great opportunities for you now. Travel of any kind is definitely likely. The reason so much is happening in your life right now is you need freswh stimulation! You're bored with this pop stand. You want new places, new faces, different cultures, and an opportunity to learn more about the world. (Sounds good to me.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Your gonads are in overdrive. This is a hot, sexy month for you. Whatever you're interested in - you'll pursue it with intense passion and ardour. This intense willpower and sense of purpose can manifest in many ways. Yes, you might be in lust with someone, but this same planetary influence helps you to research anything. You can get to the bottom of things, and discover new solutions for old problems. It also gives you the energy to more willingly approach matters related to shared property, taxes, inheritances and debt. You might have to face a so-called enemy now. (Mars is opposite your sign.) Defend your best interests. That's all you can do. (But don't add fuel to the fire.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
You're totally immersed in partnerships now. This is not a time to go it alone. Work with others; talk to partners and close friends; consult experts for advice. You might have an opportunity to make long-term plans you think are just great. Nevertheless, power struggles over children, or with lovers about shared property will probably arise. "The best laid schemes o' mice an' men gang aft a-gley." Be patient with others. This is a good time to mend broken fences in any relationship. Your own enthusiasm and high spirits will carry the day.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You're so gung ho to work and get better organized in every aspect of your life -- your job and your home life -- it's almost laughable. When you decide to get organized, we can all take classes because you instinctively know how to create order out of chaos. You create systems with containers, baskets, lunch buckets, train cases, filing cabinets and empty jars and bottles. You know how to sort it all out. And you love to label! Someone might give you good advice now. This is excellent. Don't count your chickens before they're hatched however, because power struggles with a family member are likely. Best to concentrate on work. Don't get your belly in a rash over disagreements this week.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
When you party and woo your romantic love interests, you raise the act of creating joy for others to the level of an art form. You know how to set the most fantastic ambience! You can create moods with colour, fragrances and lighting. This month your creative arts are hot! You will use them professionally and privately. You're in serious party mode right now. Many of you are swept off your feet in love or infatuation. Don't feel guilty. It's your turn to party! It's not something we do all the time; but when the band's playing, and you've got an invitation -- you go! Rock on! Work with children and sports is rewarding. This is a great time to be a vacation.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
This strong Piscean hit of planets highlights your private life; your home, your inner world, your family, and your real estate dealings or family businesses. Venus of course, makes you want to make everything look prettier. So you're shopping for lovely things for your loved ones, yourself and most definitely your home. In the same way, family relationships can be improved or reestablished; although Mars currently makes you unusually assertive and convincing. Just remember you can't hear what others are saying if you're talking. Disputes about money and possessions related to children, sports, the entertainment world and lovers are likely. Be patient. You can do this.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Your desire to communicate others is very strong now. You have something you want to say. Most especially, you want to communicate to siblings and relatives. You want to reach some kind of understanding or agreement. It might be related to shared possessions or the joint ownership of something. You might even think you have this all figured out. Don't be disappointed if someone violently disagrees with you by midweek. You're entitled to your opinion of course. But others might not jump on your bandwagon. You're spending a lot of money now. And you're doing your best to earn it is well. Your writing or communicating abilities can also earn you money.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You're really revved up with fiery Mars in your sign. It gives you enormous gusto and energy, so much so you might need to get extra physical exercise to blow off some of this pent-up steam. You're also shopping for pleasure now -- beautiful purchases and fun escapes. But at a deeper level, you're also trying to learn how to establish more control in your life through what you own. This is wise. Obviously, you want to own your possessions; you don't want them to own you. But more than that: they should provide a support and comfort for you, not bury you in maintenance. Are you trying to hold on to too much? You have clarity about this now.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Like Capricorn, you're thinking a lot about finances and your possessions. You want to live the best you can and yet live within your means. Your closest partnerships and friendships are very important now as well. You might have a disagreement with someone about basic values. Don't try to change the way other people think. Just be the change you want to see in the world. Be that role model. By observing you, others might learn a more modern, copasetic approach to life. Long-range plans connected with work look solid. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
You're coming from a time of needing more privacy and more rest, to point where you are suddenly out there front and center leading the parade! You have a strong urge to talk to others now.
