Fiery, aggressive Mars is jockeying for a direct opposition with Big Daddy Pluto. These are perilous times for the Federation. When the going gets tough, the tough must look cool. John Wayne or Jean Reno are always professional and in control. This week the going will get tough. When this happens, be cool. If you do something, and you later regret it -not cool. If you do something and you don't regret it - this is cool. And if you don't do something, and you later regret it - that was not cool. And if you don't do something, and you don't regret it - that's cool. Being cool is an internal thang. It involves making friends with yourself. Then you can hang out with George Hamilton. (The guy with the silver hair, suntan and convertible Rolls.) Coooool!
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Your focus shifts to money, possessions and earnings now and for the month ahead. Somehow, at a deep level, you're questioning your self worth. But everybody does this. We all feel like navel lint at times. You've got that "What's it all about Alfie?" feeling. Fortunately, a friend is sympathetic. In fact, a sweet, mutual empathy exists now between you and someone. Unfortunately, power struggles with a partner, or people connected with publishing, higher education, travel and foreign countries tax your confidence and strength. Don't try to win this argument. It's not worth it. Protect your piece of mind by putting your peace of mind first.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
The Sun slips into your sign Monday the 19th. It's that time again. Opportunities and people come your way now and for the next four weeks. Of course, you're in denial about your age. (As any person should be; we are never our chronological age. We're our immature age.) That aside, money issues keep you awake at night. It's weird. You want to spend a bundle on something gorgeous, and quite probably this gorgeous item is for somebody else. (That's because you want to help.) However, wrangles with money and possessions (disputes about estates, wills, shared possessions, joint property and the wealth of somebody else) make your teeth itch. Relax. (You never see a hearse pulling a U-haul.)
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Drain the moat! It's time to run for cover. Ironically, you feel compassionate, idealistic and caring about others. A true sense of selflessness permeates your thoughts and actions. Nevertheless, how ever well-meaning you are right now with others -- power struggles with partners or close friends seem to shoot you in the toe. Is there no justice? Don't respond by going for the jugular. Dealings with others can be ruthless. Just secure your position and enlist the aid of others if you can. Resist the temptation to be sneaky. (You know who you are.) Take the high road. Keep the support that you do have. (Without the software, hardware is useless.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Friends, clubs, groups and organizations play an increasing role in the month ahead. Your sense of altruism is aroused. You feel genuine concern for those who are less fortunate. Because of this, you're working with others to make the world a better place. This is a wonderful motive. Very cool. (See All Signs above.) However, deep power struggles with someone at work mar this pretty picture. In fact, the deepest power struggle might be within yourself. You fear something will happen to take everything away from you. You're afraid to lose something. Unfortunately, (or sometimes fortunately!) nothing lasts forever. The first thing to let go of is "clinging".
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
The Sun is at high noon in your chart. This puts you in the limelight. It's time to mark your report card of Everything That Matters As Far as I Can Figure Life Out. Are you going in the direction that you want? What's the scene with your career, your reputation and your standing in the community? (You're always aware of how others perceive you.) Power struggles with a friend (or group) might be nasty now. You feel under attack. You're also dealing with a parent more than usual. Fortunately, sympathetic forces are with you. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Power struggles with authority figures, VIPs, parents, teachers -- even the police -- stress you out this week. Your ambition is strong and there's something important you want to do. Nevertheless, something blocks you now. Could be related to taxes, bills, debt, the possessions of others, or something that is jointly held. You're not happy with how things are going. No time for thoughts like this. Sit up and be a person. Decide what you can do; and accept what you cannot. Thinking "what if" or "if only" goes nowhere. What the large print giveth the small print taketh away. (That's why you want to escape somewhere.) But hey! Aren't you glad lucky Jupiter is with you now? Things could be worse! (Oy vay.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
You're absorbed with debt, inheritances, wills, taxes and joint property or shared possessions. You might be focused on your partner's income (or lack of it.) You hate dealing with this stuff. You don't like discussing money. You'd rather debate stemware or world politics. However, you're caught between a rock and a hard place, which makes you argumentative. Dealings with siblings, daily contacts, and relatives are tense. You're doing a slow boil about something (running imaginary conversations in your head) and this could trigger accidents when driving or walking. Drop that rolled up newspaper. You know you hate violence. Chill out.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Right now your focus is on partners, close friends and important clients. There's something important you want to say. That's fine. The next four weeks offer you opportunities to sort things out with those who are closest to you. (One for you, two for me; one for you, two for me.) Actually, people are good to you now. You benefit from the wealth or possessions of others. Nevertheless, this is the very area where power struggles and disputes take place. You're not happy about something. Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Nasty clashes with partners, close friends (and possibly important clients) make things tough for you right now. You're tempted to try to gain control over others. Naturally, this provokes a ruthless response from someone. ("Take that, and that, and that!") You might be startled at how nasty things can get. (You never really know someone until you have to share an inheritance with them.) Never forget that your self-respect and your personal sense of honour and integrity are vital to your well being and your happiness. It's a drag I know, but that's what makes you tick. Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Right now, you're in a position where you're working hard and playing hard. Love, romance, vacations, entertaining diversions, plus lovely creative opportunities are a bonus in your life. However, meanwhile, back on-the-job, you're busting your buns! Power struggles are mind blowing. Your efforts to make improvements or transform your working conditions arouse resistance. You're in the middle of a power struggle. You need this like a fish needs a bicycle. Back off. Just put your own survival and your own peace of mind first. Do what you can; then let the others jump in the proverbial hand basket. It's only money.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
You're super involved with home, family, real estate and domestic issues right now. This continues for the next month. You'll probably be involved with a parent more than usual as well. This might explain why you're having power struggles with children. (This includes your own middle-aged kids.) These power struggles might also occur with events related to the artistic community, show business, professional sports, the hospitality industry, the creative process, vacations and tiny men from Mars. (The last -- you can handle. You've always wanted to meet tiny men from Mars.) Fortunately, your creative vibes are strong! Just go with what works.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
You want to help someone in your family sphere. (Possibly, someone wants to help you.) You also want to make lovely, luxurious changes at home to make things more elegant and comfortable for everyone. However, life is a bit frantic right now. You're busier than a one-armed paper hanger. In your haste, you could trigger resistance, which through a domino effect causes a power struggles with a parent or someone at home. Old money issues (or something to do with possessions) might be part of the picture. Watch my lips: avoid making other so angry that they choose to strike out against you. This is unlikely. However, Mars -- Pluto oppositions are always potentially violent.
