All Signs
Cancer attack! This week, this month, and in many ways during the next two years, there's a strong Cancerian focus. Canada is a strongly Cancer country. (Nurturing, practical and family oriented.) Seven provinces are Cancer: B.C., Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. Alberta and Saskatchewan are Cancer Rising. The Northwest Territories is Cancer. The United States is also Cancer (as is President Bush) but only four states (Idaho, New Hampshire, Virginia and Wyoming) are Cancer. Saturn in Cancer brings a maturing experience for these areas and people. Saturn is all about life at its deepest, most fundamental level. It's time for this sign to get in touch with what it really wants. (Cancers like hugging and money in the bank - not necessarily in that order.)
Aries (March 21-April 19)
This heavy Cancer scene focuses on your domestic situation. Home, family plus fixing up your digs are where it's at for you. Family reunions and discussions definitely take place now. Purchases and artistic efforts to enhance your home will please you now and in the weeks ahead. You will either make a commitment to where you live or decide to move. Either way, you need to establish a strong base in the world for yourself -- an anchor. Although you love to charge bravely into fresh territory -- you like to have a cozy home to return to. You might get unusual, funky art now.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Your life is getting busier and busier! Conversations with neighbors and siblings plus short trips and appointments keep you on the go. Bizarre situations with friends or encounters with unusual people are likely this week. You're bored with daily routine! New romance can suddenly begin -- and end. (That was quick.) Romantic encounters that begin now are electric and exciting, but unstable. (You don't do unstable.) At least, life is exhilarating. This week your days have spice and interest. This is the perfect time to tell daily contacts and siblings just how much you care for them. Why leave it up to their imagination? Come clean. Don't be a sissy.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Gads! This handful of planets in Cancer has you thinking about money. You want to earn more and you know what to do with the cash if you can get your hands on it. And you might. You've got great moneymaking ideas and plans about what to do with the coin that you generate. At a deeper level, what you're really dealing with now is how to enhance your sense of self-worth and your self-image in the world. Quick, unexpected windows of opportunity to earn (or spend) money keep occurring now. Ladies -- start your engines. You're empowered now through your earnings and your possessions. You see that you're the one driving the bus!
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Zowie! The Sun, Mercury, Venus and Saturn are all in your sign. Furthermore, they are on excellent terms with Mars and Uranus in your fellow Water sign Pisces. You're holding all the cards! (Surely, you've noticed that life is getting better.) You feel bolder, more confident and more hopeful about your future. That light at the end of the tunnel is not a train. This week unexpected travel opportunities, or chances to improve your education suddenly surface. It's not your style to jump quickly at something -- but you'll have to do it. Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This heavy congregation of planets in Cancer activates your spiritual world. I'm not talking about Houdini trying to reach his mother; I mean that genuine part of you that knows that life's riches have little to do with ending up with the most toys. It's easier to be selfless in your love for others now. (This is fortunate, because you might be called upon to care for a loved one who needs your help.) Forbearance and grace come easy to you this month. You see your role in the difficulties around you (whereas previously, you saw those difficulties as the problems of others.) You have a better idea of how to be loving, supportive and helpful to people. (Don't you wish they could give you stylish (but modest) uniforms cut on the bias - ya know? That would be sooo cool.)
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
There's a super strong focus on social interaction now. Chat, chat, hug, hug, kiss, kiss. (Just little social buses; no tongue flipping.) You're out there talking to the world. It's schmooze city with friends and you love it. Enjoy group activities that are social or professional, because you find it easy to be agreeable with people right now. You're even willing to make compromises. This is one of those times when lovers become friends and friends become lovers. You're also more focused on long-term goals and dreams about your future. Tension with a partner still lurks in the background, but it is less. Some of you can almost feel good luck coming (because it is) in September. When it knocks - open that door!
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This is a stellar time for your sign. Whether you want to or not, you call attention to yourself now. Fear not, the attention (in the main) is positive. Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Strange and exciting opportunities connected with the law, foreign countries, publishing, higher education and the media are possible now. You might also have a love affair remotely connected with any of the above. (A newspaper photo of you cavorting naked in a public fountain with a foreign law student?) You're itching to travel now. You're hungry to learn and you want to expand your mind. There's no question you're attracted to people who are strange and different in terms of your own experience. This exotic difference is the thing that seduces you. (How many times have you watched Captain Corelli's Mandolin?)
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
In ways big and small, you stand to clean up now. Essentially, the universe owes you a favour. In some fashion, gifts, goodies, money, advantages, perks, inheritances, and pleasant opportunities come your way. Not only that, your sex life (the trick is to have one) improves beautifully! Romance will be intense, bold and a tad kinky. (Jell-O in the bathtub, backyard hammocks -- whatever.) You can certainly achieve a deeper understanding of some of your closest relationships now. You're learning more about how you respond to others because people act as a mirror for you. Scary, but true.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
It's all a bit bizarroville right now. Weird and unusual people pop into your life. Or, trusted and true friends do weird and unusual things. Either way -- your relationship with the public, with important clients, plus partners, close friends and daily contacts is up for grabs now. Anything can happen! But it's fun stuff. Life is practically a daily adventure right now. Fortunately, you're game. (Unusual things often happen to your sign, so you've had practice.) This is a good time to make peace where you have had conflict. Even your enemies treat you well now. (Imagine that!)
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Right now, you're playing the starring role in The Little Engine That Could. ("I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.") You're pedal to the metal about work. You actually enjoy working now because there's something you want to do. Furthermore, relations with co-workers are particularly congenial. You see now that good personal relationships make work easier. Because of this, you're more willing to resolve problems on the job. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
