All Signs
For two and a half years, Saturn (think form, structure, regulations and restrictions, plus the government) has been in Gemini. Meanwhile, back at the keyboard, Gemini is associated with newspapers, magazines, publishing and above all -- the media. To be sure, Sagittarius traditionally rules publishing; however, daily news and flash in the pan stuff is totally Gemini. (Now you see it -- now you don't.) Saturn's move away from Gemini heralds a change in the tone of the media in countries which have suffered from increased control. (Practically the entire world.) This is a good thing. Every nation needs its newspapers for those who find the covers of books too far apart. Write on!
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Things just get busier and busier for you. Talk, talk, talk with others is happening. Discussions with siblings, relatives, and neighbours are lively. Juicy gossip flies. Short trips and appointments keep you on the go; and of course, underlying all this is your need to define, improve and anchor your home scene. Can you handle it? But of coouurse! Challenging times simply stir your warrior blood. Caution: while you're in this talkative mood, remember that conflict with a friend (or a group) still exists. Since you value your friendships so much -- mellow out. (As you know, one can never be too careful about choosing one's enemies.)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
You're intelligent, but you're not a quick-change artist when it comes to major decisions. You avoid rashness because you give serious matters a sober, second thought. That's why you're doing so much thinking. You're contemplating moves and changes that take you into a completely new area. They could be so drastic, you end up speaking a different language or listening to a different dialect. (Ya' think?) Meanwhile, money -- earning it and spending it -- has your undivided attention. You don't want to be at the end of somebody else's yoyo anymore. You want the string. Unattached.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
It's all happening in your sign right now. (I hope you have something decent to wear.) In a nutshell, life is just getting better for you. There's no doubt about this. In a personal and private away, the pressure is off. Now you have to think about your job and career. You won't continue to chafe under supervision from somebody who knows from nothing. Right now, you're like a hot knife in butter. Fair Venus in your sign makes you oh so smooth, and Mercury is moving in to sharpen your already fabulous verbal skills. Be hopeful about future plans. And get ready to capitalize on real estate opportunities later this year.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
You survived the debacle of the last few years. (With luck, you're sitting up taking nourishment.) Now is the exciting time in your life because you're on the brink on a new thirty-year cycle. Expect to buy new clothes for your new sandbox. You won't know who you are for sure, or have a strong sense of your self-image - but that's okay! Consider yourself an "ongoing project" as it were. You're re-inventing yourself. And it's going to take a few years to do it. (Self-creation doesn't come easy.) But if you work hard and keep focused, you'll get good results. (Funny how we can never get away from that garbage in/garbage out rule.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
A little pocket of planets urges you to socialize madly now. Accept all invitations, and extend a few yourself. This is a wonderful time to schmooze with friends and catch up on gossip. Group activities, parties, and organizational conferences, meetings and get-togethers are par for the course. Heart to heart discussions with friends help you sort out future plans, or difficulties you have with someone else. You're still very much in control of what happens to you; and with Jupiter still in Leo -- you are blessed, baby! Keep in mind that old saying: "God gives every bird its food, but He doesn't throw it in the nest." (And you have take-out and delivery!)
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
There are four planets at the top of your chart right now. This gives you enormous high viz. People not only notice you, they're impressed! (And you're still wearing the same clothes and doing the same thing.) Go figure. Don't be afraid of failure; and don't be afraid of success. Others will listen to you now and actually hear what you have to say. (All you have to do is wear deodorant and sound articulate. No double negatives - 'cause your boss doesn't want no one talking like that.) It's that simple. Just work hard and go for the brass ring. If you say "Jump!" People will say, "Which window?"
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Things are starting to come together now, so you have to be on top of your game. Sure, romance is titillating and lots of fun stuff is possible. But in the bigger picture, you have to know that it is now or never. Either you go for it -- all the way -- or you pack up your toys and go home. This isn't a dress rehearsal anymore, it's the real thing. ("Dive! Dive!") You have to believe that you can achieve what you worked for. Be firm with your boss. Ask for what you want. Remember Einstein: "Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds." (Do you work for a mediocre mind?)
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
You're more encouraged about life, because you see a more positive future ahead. That makes a difference. Closer to home, there's a lot of work to do. Be patient and tolerant with family members. Conflict or chaos at home is challenging. In some way, you are part of this dynamic. You will have to make compromises with the values of others now. Be flexible and understanding. Clear up details related to insurance matters, wills, inheritances, shared debt, the joint ownership of something as well as taxes and debt. It's boring, red tape stuff, but it won't go away. (Not without a knock on the door.)
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Your strong focus at this time is to arrive at solid arrangements with partners and close friends. These arrangements might be professional, personal or intimate. If they're all of the above -- you're in trouble. (Never get your bacon where you get your bread.) Grab any travel or study plans that come your way now. They will boost your career in some way. You're in an excellent position to drive a hard bargain with somebody this week. They won't even see you coming. Your ability to put yourself in somebody else's wedgies helps you to understand what is expected of you now. Once you know this -- you can talk turkey. (Gobble, gobble.)
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Focus entirely on work now and give everything your best shot. The gods are with you. It's okay to spend money -- especially if you think it will help you make money. Your standards are high now and you feel confident. The only thing that is a bit of a squeeze play is a partnership or close relationship. Keep in mind that sometimes when you switch partners, you simply trade for the devil you don't know. If this relationship can be salvaged -- work for it. Of course, if it's toast, no amount of marmalade will change things. If you have to ask someone for a favour now -- do it. Co-workers are unusually supportive this week. In fact, the world is unusually supportive this week. (How do you get off landing all these goodies?)
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Your energy is starting to pick now in a serious way. Nevertheless, you still want to play a lot, and that's okay. Vacations, parties, fun and romance look very sweet right now. Sure you're in work mode, but the name of the game right now is: work hard/party hard. (You know the drill.) Your ruler Uranus has just gone retrograde for the rest of year, (tell that to your boss if you're late) and this makes you rethink some old ideas about how to earn money. It could put a new spin on things for you. Your creative juices are charged now as well. Tap into these if you can. You'll get quick results. Physical exercise will help you to focus and feel more in control. (Do some squats in front of the fridge.)
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
There is a major shift going on in your home and domestic life now. You feel a stronger sense of security about where you live; and this makes you want to fix up the place a bit. (At least excavate the floor of your bedroom closet and do some laundry.) You want everything to be pretty. Why not throw a party and invite people over? This will give you the perfect incentive to transform the place. And you can feel proud about the results when you get all that positive feedback from others. This is a good time to promote cozy relations with family members, and tell loved ones just how much you care about them. (When you think about it, your parents turned out pretty well.)
