Aries (March 21-April 19)
Tread carefully and be diplomatic because today can work in your favour if you are careful. While in one way, someone older or someone in authority might rain on your parade about money or finances, in the big picture, people in power will help you. Oh yeah.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Discussions with a partner or close friend might discourage you today. Somebody's glass is half-empty. Nevertheless, you have wonderful chances to nail down long-range travel plans or something related to higher education, publishing, the media, medicine and the law.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Although you will work alone or behind the scenes today - and feel shut off from others or discouraged - fear not. Can you hear that bugle call? (Apparently experienced cavalry horses could recognize the call to charge.) Help is on the way! Seriously.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Relations with a female acquaintance, perhaps in a group, might be stilted or cool today. Perhaps someone disapproves? Fortunately, relations with partners and close friends are warm and encouraging and this takes the sting out of any disappointment.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is not an ideal day to ask someone in authority for permission or approval. They will be inclined to refuse or discourage you. Ironically, colleagues and co-workers will help you achieve what you want, which just goes to show that you have to know who to ask.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Travel plans look bleak today. Ditto for matters related to publishing, the media, higher education, medicine and the law. However, party plans look great! Enjoy social outings, sports events and playful times with children. Good day to plan a vacation.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Your finances are doing a bit of a squeeze play today but then, hey - you have just survived the holidays! What do you expect? Sit down with siblings, relatives and neighbours to formulate a plan. ("A plan!") This is also a good day to write, edit and study.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Conversations with partners or a close friend are stiff today. No worries, because your relations with siblings, neighbours and daily colleagues are excellent. What Paul won't give you, Peter will. (And these stilted conversations are brief.) Basically, this is an upbeat day.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Business and commerce are favoured today, even though one particular individual (probably a female) might disagree with your plans or suggestions. Perhaps you're spending more money than someone else thinks is prudent? (Everybody's different with money.)
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Even though someone older and more experienced might briefly discourage you today, on the whole, this is a positive day because you're happy to work. You feel gratified by putting out the effort. Business will go well today, which makes you feel like you're living up to your duties and obligations. Well done!
