Moon Alert
Not until 11:30 a.m. EDT today do we have the "all clear" to do business (whether $10 or $10 million) and make important decisions. After that the Moon moves from Sagittarius into Capricorn.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Be careful. You have Vaseline on your lens today, which might make you fall for someone who is different (different culture, different background, different country) and it's just not possible. This is the classic day to hunger for the impossible or the unattainable. (Been there. Done that. Got the T-shirt.)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Be careful in financial matters today, especially if you're dividing or sharing something. Out of feelings of sympathy for others, you might shortchange yourself. Or you might fall for crocodile tears. Or you might be deceived. Keep your eyes open.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Relations with partners and close friends are romantic and yet vaguely disquieting. Perhaps you expect too much from someone and therefore you're disappointed. Or perhaps you idolize someone and their mask is beginning to crack? (I hate it when that happens.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Be clear with co-workers about whatever you are saying because confusion is possible. People will tend to believe what they hope is the case. They might leap to conclusions that are incorrect. ("These $20,000 pearls are for me?") Don't lead anyone down the garden path - or any path.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is a romantic day. No question. You want soft lights, music and the stuff of movies. However, because you are dealing with a fantasy in a real world, something will disappoint. In fact, the worst-case scenario is that a relationship will end. Yikes.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You will enjoy entertaining at home today, especially if you can do so in an imaginative way - candles, soft music, sparkling lights, flaming absinthe - the works. Conversations with others will be sensitive and mutually sympathetic. And yet, one wonders, does the bell toll for thee? (Yeah, it's a weird day.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
You will likely spend time daydreaming and fantasizing today and that's totally OK. Everyone else is doing it too, but you're probably doing it in Technicolor. You love the "look" of things. If you're doing business with others and you're suspicious something fishy is afoot - it is.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Be careful with financial matters today. Be especially careful shopping because you will be tempted by extravagant, luxurious things and later, you will wake up and ask yourself, "What was I thinking?" Keep your receipts. And check with the Moon Alert above.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
If you feel disappointed in someone today, quite likely this particular relationship was not rooted in reality anyhow. In turn, if you fall for someone today, keep this same sentiment in mind. Fantasy is a big part of today and fantasy leads to disappointment. A painful truth. (But it's fun!)
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Secret love affairs might take place for some of you today. Be careful because your secret might be exposed. Some kind of confusion could take place or perhaps your expectations might be disappointing. Tread carefully. All is not as it seems.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
A friend might disappoint, especially someone in a group setting today. Perhaps you expected more of them. (You probably did.) But others are just frail mortals like yourself. And remember: Unexpressed expectations almost always lead to disappointment.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Be careful talking to bosses, parents, teachers and authority figures today because communications are vague and subject to misunderstandings. In fact, some people might be a bit fast and loose with the truth. More likely, the misunderstanding is based on a misperception.
