not until noon EDT today, do we have the "all clear" today to shop (whether you spend $10 or $10 million) and make important decisions. After that the Moon moves from Pisces into Aries.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
You feel vaguely excited today. You're ready for action. This is why you will spontaneously say or do something or be unusually impulsive in your reactions to others. You feel kinda rebellious too, don't you?
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
You might as will team up with Aries because you both want to do something different today, and neither of you wants to be bossed around. "I'm my own person!" Hidden secrets or something unexpected behind the scenes could send your day sideways.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You might meet someone unusual today. Or perhaps, in a group situation, someone will surprise you with their proposals. If you don't like what is said, you'll jump in with your own two cents. (Did you know snails sleep a lot? I think it's because their life goes along at a snail's pace.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
You'll rebel against strong authority figures today if anyone pushes your buttons. You don't want to be told what to do. On the other hand, (you have different fingers) someone in a position of authority - boss, parent, teacher or VIP - might do something that really surprises you.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
Travel plans could change or be interrupted today. Ditto for plans related to higher education. You might have an "ah ha!" moment in something you're studying. Or someone from another culture or a different country might surprise you. "Ah ha!"
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Keep an eye on your bank account today because a few surprises are possible. In fact, agreements with others about shared property, inheritances or insurance matters might need to be changed or reworked. Be extra vigilant if you're responsible for someone else's property.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Partners and close friends are rebellious today, at least, from your point of view. They're acting unpredictably and very likely, they want more freedom or space. (Or perhaps, you do?) A so-called "enemy" might cross your path today. It's hard to say what will happen so expect the unexpected.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Your day could be interrupted because of computer crashes, power outages, staff shortages, canceled meetings and unexpected events. People are unpredictable, too. Knowing this ahead of time, you can give yourself extra wiggle room to duck and dodge.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Note to parents: Be extra vigilant with your children today because this is an accident-prone day for your kids. All Sagittarians might experience a rocky road with romance or a change of plans with vacations and anything to do with the hospitality industry. ("But I had reservations!")
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Something unexpected will take place at home today. Surprise company might drop by; unexpected company could be a no-show. Small appliances could break down or minor breakages could occur. Stay on your toes so you can successfully maneuver through this day.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
This is a mildly accident-prone day for your sign so slow down and take it easy. Pay attention to what you say and do. Allow extra time to do everything so that you're not pushed or rushing. Haste and distraction are two main causes of accidents. (Assuming an absence of falling boulders.)

Keep an eye on your money today because you might find money or you might lose money. If shopping, count your change and keep your receipts. Similarly, protect your possessions against loss or theft. It's a bit of a crapshoot today.
