Aries (March 21-April 19)
Tread carefully because relations with authority figures (including parents, teachers, bosses and the police) are a bit dicey today. Also, relations with partners and close friends might be strained. Perhaps you just don't want to listen to anyone? (And really, why should you?)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
It seems travel plans or plans related to higher education, medicine, the law, publishing and the media just hit a brick wall today. People are too busy telling you why you can't do something, instead of why you can. How discouraging! Just lie in wait for another day.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
This is definitely not the ideal day for important discussions about shared property, inheritances, taxes, debt, insurance matters or dealing with any kind of dispute about how to divide something. People are entrenched in their point of view. They're not going to budge. Save your breath.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Postpone important discussions with partners and close friends because today people are too easily at loggerheads with each other. It's difficult to get an agreement with anyone about anything. Knowing this, just keep your head down and your powder dry. Wait this one out.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
You can expect to run into obstacles at work today. Someone older, more experienced or in a position of authority will probably block your efforts about something. Therefore, make note that this is not the day to ask for permission for anything. The response you'll get will be, "Talk to the hand."
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Children are a serious burden today. There's no question about this. But then that goes with the territory, doesn't it? Fortunately, the blessings of children outweigh their demands. Romantic partners might oppose you about something as well. Run away! Run away!
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Avoid important discussions about family matters today because older relatives or parents will simply block your suggestions. What a bummer. But it's not a big deal if you don't try to get their endorsement for something. Just postpone your ideas.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
You might be worried about something today. You can sense things are not going to go so smoothly - and you're right. The reason we have days like these is so that when a better day comes along, we can say to ourselves, "Hey - this is a great day!"
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Your money plans will be stalled in the water today. Knowing this ahead of time, you don't even have to try. Just pull in your reins and wait by the side of the road. (You can't get rich by translating Linux into Hittite or Redneck.)
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Avoid confrontations with authority figures today because they will simply be a waste of time. And in situations like this, you don't like to lose. The secret is to choose your timing. You have the edge because this is a powerful year for you. It doesn't matter if you have to wait.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
One of the things that might be holding back today is your own, self-imposed limitation. It's a mind space. Sometimes we believe we can conquer the world or do anything - and other times we can hardly get dressed and go out. If you feel weak today - pamper yourself.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Someone in a position of authority might shoot you down in a group situation or meeting today. Don't let this discourage you. Everyone is feeling this to varying degrees today. Things are not running smoothly. Obstacles are everywhere. Bummer.
