Aries (March 21-April 19)
Oops, although yesterday was a good day to make travel plans - today, it looks like travel plans are canceled, rescheduled or delayed. (Groan) Similarly, plans related to higher education, classes and anything to do with publishing and the media will suffer from a few hiccups.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Make friends with your bank account today. Make sure cheques aren't bouncing. (Aagghh.) Double check any work connected with taxes, insurance matters, debt, and shared property. Something unexpected could arise in these areas. Be prepared. ("What? No money? But I still have cheques left!")
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
It's a bit of a bumpy road dealing with partners and close friends today. Someone might be demand more freedom or more flexibility in the relationship. ("I need more space.") Or a partner could surprise you in other ways. Be prepared. (Sigh.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Computer crashes, power outages, canceled appointments and staff shortages are just a few things that will create challenges at work today. Allow extra time for everything because your routine day will not unfold as expected. Stay flexible. Can you touch your toes? (Can you see your toes?)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
Leo parents must be extra careful about their children today, or children in their care, because this is an accident-prone day for your kids. Therefore, keep your eyes open! In the same vein (but another arm) upsets in romantic situations are likely.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
A few surprises on the home front are likely today. Small appliances could break down. Minor breakages could occur. Surprise company might knock at your door. Domestic meltdowns or little blowups might also be on the scene. Oh dear. Patience! Give loved ones a lot of rope.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
This is an accident -prone day for your sign, so slow down and take it easy. Accidents don't have to occur but they could occur because of distractions, irritability or impulsiveness. Knowing this, you can try to be more calm and take more time with everything you do or say.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Keep an eye on your money today. You might find money; you might lose money. Ditto for your possessions. Guard against loss or theft. If shopping, keep your receipts. Count your change. Check invoices and bills. Ah yes, trust everyone and always lock your door.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
You might feel claustrophobic today or irritable, or just restless. You're waiting for that other shoe to drop. (Let's hope it's the same size as the last one.) The best way to handle today is to be calm and think before you speak or act. Guard against knee-jerk reactions.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
If you are calm today, you will not do anything that you later regret. However, you might be emotionally provoked, and then, suddenly say something or do something that makes you wince later. Shee! Nobody likes to eat crow. Even ice cream doesn't help. Count to five before you respond.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
A friend or a casual acquaintance might surprise you today. If you're dealing with others in a group situation, people might rebel or challenge you on some issue. Fortunately, it's probably minor, but it's the little things that get you, isn't it? (It was ever thus.)
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Be cool around authority figures today - bosses, parents, teachers and the police. Above all, do not challenge them. If you do, you will be surprised at their reaction. Just smile and go along with whatever is happening - just for today. You might also be tempted to quit your day job. At least, wait until tomorrow.
