Moon Alert
We have the "all clear" today to shop (whether you spend $10 or 10 million) and make important decisions. The Moon is in Libra.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
We all deal with hard butter, or poor reception in the car radio during a game. Sometimes life sucks. Today the Moon is opposite your sign, making faces at all the other planets. Things aren't exactly going your way. Time for dark chocolate.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
You might be disappointed in a coworker today. Perhaps your job feels onerous and boring. You might also have some health issues that concern you. There's an element today that is vaguely worrisome. Like a bad children's book - bunny beats bunny; bunny eats bunny.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
This is a bummer day for romance. In fact, you doubt your creativity, your social skills, your ability to relate to children, and even how you floss. This could make you critical of others. Just let it go. Tomorrow is a better day!
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
You've had better days. Today, your ruler the Moon is being kicked around like a soccer ball. ("Have they no couth?") This strains your relations with family members, especially parents. In fact, your domestic scene might be discouraging. But this is brief!
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is a worrisome day. Not only is your glass half empty, it's cracked! Conversations with others, especially at work, might leave you feeling bummed out. You need to know this is a very brief influence. It's only for today. Tomorrow is much better. (Do whatever you do to float your boat.)
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Money is tight today. Even if nothing is significantly different from last week, today you feel broke. ("Hey -- I felt broke last week!") You're not in the mood to spend money, but if you do, you'll buy something long-lasting that is practical. (Like steel wool underwear.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
It's easy to feel lonely today. You cut off from others, but ironically, you are probably the one who is distancing yourself from people. Either way, it's a moot point. Be reassured that this is a fleeting dark cloud on your horizon. Tomorrow is a much better day.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Relations with daily contacts, especially siblings and relatives, are stilted and lacking in spontaneity today. It's a bit of a bore. That's why its tough to be enthusiastic in conversation with others. If this is the case, don't push it. Retire somewhere with your favourite toy, or junk food, or both.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Someone older or in authority might be critical of you today. (Dontcha love it?) They might shoot down your ideas, or discourage you in some way. Don't let this get to you. This is only for today. Take two aspirin, go to bed, and buy this newspaper tomorrow. You'll feel better.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
This is an extremely poor day to ask for permission or authorization about anything from any authority figure. The answer will be, "Talk to the hand!" Whatever you propose will probably be squelched. Therefore, avoid the sleeping giant. Wait until tomorrow, at least.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Travel plans or anything to do with higher education, medicine, publishing, the media, and the law might discourage you today. Discussions about politics, religion, and racial issues are equally as bleak. But this is like a passing wind swooshing by. By tomorrow, things look quite different! Courage.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Your share of something might be disappointing today. You might also be disappointed in your partner's earnings or lack of them. Your debt seems overwhelming, your kids have cavities, and your goldfish Cleo is floating belly up. It's that kind of day. Fortunately, tomorrow is much better!
