Aries (March 21-April 19)
You do have your extravagant moments. (After all, Aries can be impulsive! Ya think?) Today (or possibly yesterday, in which case this warning is too late) you might go overboard spending money on goodies for your home or for a family members. Oops.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Be careful in your negotiations with others today. You might give away the farm. If you have a funny feeling that you're going overboard in some way, or being taken advantage of, you're probably right. Don't make promises to others that you can't keep.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Be careful about having an overly optimistic assessment of things when it comes to finances, cash flow, expenditures and the like. Contrary to popular opinion, money does not grow on trees. With acid rain and smog, even leaves are having trouble.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
At this time, Jupiter is opposing Venus in your sign, which promotes excessive indulgence. Moi? You want to sit around and be fat and happy. Obviously, this is a bad day for diets. Fortunately, a moderate amount of red wine and dark chocolate are excellent antioxidants. (Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
It's a wonderful thing to be selfless and put the interests of others ahead of your own. However, there is such a thing as idiot compassion. If you don't take care of yourself, you won't be any use to anyone! Plus, true generosity is giving what is needed.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You might go overboard having fun with friends and groups today. Or you might similarly go overboard because you're swept up in a mob mentality. "Sure! Count me in." It's hard to stay true to yourself and your own code of ethics at a time when you're surrounded by enthusiasm.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
In your eagerness to please parents, teachers, bosses and authority figures, don't offer more than you can deliver at this time. Be realistic in terms of deadlines and in terms of what you can actually do. You are a people-pleaser; nevertheless, remember to please yourself as well.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
All things look possible today. Travel plans and anything connected with publishing, the media, higher education, medicine and the law look rosy. "I'm invisible!" (Do you mean invincible?) Be careful you don't go out on a limb.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
If deciding how to spend a limited amount of money or deciding how to share something with partners and close friends, you'll be so generous that you might shortchange yourself. Remain realistic. Alternatively, don't expect more than your fair share. It's a balancing act.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You're willing to go to the ends of the earth or crawl on ground glass for your partner or a close friend today. But do you have knee pads? It's a pleasant day for close relationships. Pamper yourself and others. Surely someone will peel you a grape.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
This is a marvellous time for pleasure, play, vacations, romance, sports and the arts. Do enjoy yourself. The only possible downside is that you could go overboard on drinking, eating and whatnot. (Whatnot sounds full of exciting possibilities!) Be happy but be sensible.
