Aries (March 21-April 19)
You might be discouraged by delays or obstacles that arise with travel plans, or anything to do with publishing, higher education, medicine or the law. Teachers or authority figures might leave you flat and deflated. Aaggh!
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
News about shared property, debt, loans, mortgages, inheritances or insurance matters might be discouraging today. You might get less money or discover that you have less coming to you then you had hoped for. (Rats!)
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Partners might be critical of you today. Generally, the reason it's so hard to take is because it's true. That's the painful part. Oh well, this will pass soon. Give it little thought. Share it between the two of you, that way you reduce the criticism by half.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Coworkers, customers and clients might be critical of you today. Or they might be difficult to deal with. And it might be all of the above. Try not to react. And because misery loves company, know this: the entire world is dealing with this sort of thing today.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
It's easy to be critical of children today. It's also easy to be critical of lovers. But where's the upside? If you're critical, then they hate you. Try to rise above all this. After all, you're a Leo and Leo is royalty.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Family squabbles are challenging today. Attempts to do repairs at home might also be a nightmare or meet with obstacles. Discussions with parents in particular are definitely dicey and discouraging. (Yikes.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
It's easy to worry today, which is completely unproductive and futile. When I was 12, I had a saying on my bedroom wall, "Worry is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but gets you nowhere." This worries me. Why would a 12-year-old have a sign like that in her bedroom?
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Money worries can be such a plague. Nobody ever wants money worries. It's not something you go looking for. But since most people don't have as much money as they would like so they could stay out of debt, it figures that a lot of people have money worries. But ya know? I think people with money also have money worries. Go figure.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Discussions with authority figures -- teachers, bosses, parents, the police -- are pretty discouraging today. "Talk to the hand!" Knowing this, don't even go there. If all else fails, watch daytime TV. This is not the day to ask for permission for anything. Or forgiveness.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You're a perfectionist. You care very much about your public reputation among your peers. Today some kind of nagging self-doubt might bother you. You might fear that others are critical of you or your actions. Don't focus on this. Forgive your enemies - (but remember their names.)
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
You might feel annoyed or disappointed in a friend today who is frankly being a pill. Someone is either whining or picking on you. First, the fastest way to shut anyone up is to agree with them. Works every time. Secondly, just because somebody is critical of you doesn't mean you deserve this petty treatment. Right?
