Aries (March 21-April 19)
It's official. Mercury is retrograde although we certainly felt its effects in the last two weeks. But now it's heavy-duty action. "Dive! Dive!" This will stir up lots of childish and childlike reactions in you. Don't be surprised when they occur. (No, you can't take your Teddy to work. Oh - you want to wear it?)
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
You definitely resist surprises. You like a predictable outcome. You like things safe, tidy, and neat with a home for everything. Unfortunately, Mercury retrograde has no respect for your penchant for regularity. Surprise people drop from the sky and blow your schedule. "Change partners!"
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Naturally, with Mercury being your ruler, you feel it's retrograde position. One unusual aspect about this particular Mercury retrograde is that others will notice it happening in your life. Car troubles. Surprises with parents or bosses. Whatever happens is obvious to others.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Although the delays and confusion connected with every Mercury retrograde are tedious at best, it does have benefits. You might do some wonderful research connected with school, journalism, the media or publishing. Mercury loves research into the past! Whee!
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
People from your past, especially people connected with inheritances, taxes, debt, mortgages, loans and insurance matters are calling you. "It's that time again." This is the time to clear up a lot of old business related to these areas. Roll up your sleeves and dig in.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Most of you are definitely involved with ex partners and ex spouses now. Although this is unnerving for some of you, do look sharp because living well is the best revenge. This is also an excellent time (while Mercury is retrograde) to wrap up unfinished business. (Oh yeah.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
The good news is you can finish matters at work more quickly and more easily. The bad news is your job will be plagued by delays, glitches in communications, computer breakdowns, lost papers and staff shortages. (Hey -- your phone is still working!)
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
I never met a Scorpio without a past. (You know who you are.) Now all kinds of stuff is coming out of the closet. Expect to bump into old flames that sputtered to a feeble fizzle. People connected with past events in sports, vacations, the entertainment world and children will find you.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Conversations and activities at home focus on events from the past now. Relatives contact you or visit you. (How long are they staying? "I can't eat meat, chicken, white flour, sugar, dairy products, eggs and no tea or coffee.") Older repairs need attending to.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Just another reminder that Mercury retrograde is taking place in the most vulnerable area of your chart. Oy! Pay your phone bill. Stay on top of car repairs. Expect breakdowns in communication and ground transportation. Siblings are on the scene more than usual.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Be extra vigilant about your bank account and any cash that you carry or have lying around. You can lose money; you can find money. Surprise glitches to your finances are likely. Offers from old jobs are also likely.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
This Mercury retrograde takes place in your sign. The last time that happened was for 3 days in Feb. 2001 and before that in March of 2000. You're not losing it. Your daily activities are just plagued with loss, confusion, delays and unexpected contact with people from your past. Note my word "just". (Guess who is not a Pisces.)
