Tread carefully around bosses, parents and the like (This includes the police.) Authority figures are not particularly cooperative today. Therefore, "do not trifle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup." Lower your expectations. Be polite.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Relations with siblings, relatives and neighbours are a tad sticky today. Either your feelings or the feelings of others are stifled. (Probably both.) This is not a good day for business dealings or chatty, social occasions. Advice from someone older could prove profitable. That's about it.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Dicey day for finance and money deals. You do not feel adventurous. You do not feel particularly generous either. You will hold on to what you have. People are parsimonious today. This is not a good day to try to borrow things especially money. People are aloof and cool.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

The natural warmth that you enjoy with others is somehow shut down today. You feel it; and others feel it too. There is hesitancy, doubt and even mistrust. ("But I'm your mother. I gave birth to you!") Don't worry about this. Pull in; expect less. Tomorrow is another day.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

Because people in the work place are not forthcoming or particularly cooperative and friendly today - do not push the river. Just get the job done. Don't ask for favours. Don't expect too much from others. Can you read that sign? "To err is human. To forgive is not our policy."

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Romantic liaisons are disappointing today. Lovers are cool or not in touch. In a similar way, social outings might disappoint. Sports, movies, the theatre lose their appeal a bit. Don't be critical with children. ("Criticism does much but encouragement does more.")

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Your ruler Venus opposes stern Saturn today. This is like putting vinegar on ice cream. Lousy combo. That's why your dealings with family members are restrained and a bit aloof. It's hard to generate warmth with others today. Chalk it up to "a tough room to work."

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

You might feel alone or cut off today. (Nobody loves me.) Do not take this personally. Everyone feels restricted in his or her dealings with others today. Things do not flow easily! Whatchyagonndo? You have to go with the flow even if it's just a trickle.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You feel broke today. You don't want to throw your money around. In fact, you feel fiscally conservative. (Buy land - they're not making it anymore.) If you do buy anything it will be something practical that will last for a long time. Like a big bag of brown rice.

Today you feel a conflict with your sense of duty (and what's right and proper) and your sense of being friendly to others. You won't cut corners. (Even dark chocolate is sinful.) This is no fun. A hair-shirt mentality is the theme of your day. (Bread and water, anyone?)

You feel lonely and cut off from others today. Do not take this personally. The whole world feels this way. (The reason you can't tell this is the TV talk shows were taped on a different day!) What do they know? Ignore feelings of self-doubt. Don't be a putz.
