You're tempted to hide some kind of financial arrangement from a friend today. It might be as simple as not telling someone where you bought something. You're playing your cards close to your chest. You're not keen to share today.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Rather than face the music with your boss (or some other authority figure) you might try to duck out in some way or fudge the truth. (A euphemism for lying.) Basically -- you don't want to face the music. If you feel this way, avoid this person.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

For some reason, you might be filled with self-doubt today to. (I doubt, therefore I might be.) You don't feel grounded in your values right now. In other words, you don't know what to do. If you're in the grips of indecision -- don't act. Tomorrow and Thursday are stronger days.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Somebody isn't giving you the straight goods about something today. And you know it. And they know you know it. And you know they know you know it. So it's a pathetic charade. (Ever noticed how often this happens in life?) Just play along.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

You might be unpleasantly confronted by the consequences of your past actions today, especially talking to an authority figure, a boss, the police or your Mom. The gig is up. Try to avoid this confrontation if you can because this is a poor day to settle important matters.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Don't climb on your soapbox and try to convince others that what you believe is the only thing worth believing it. (And you will be tempted to do this, believe me.) You probably have everyone's best interests at heart. Ironically, if attacked -- you'll fold like a cheap suit.

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

This is a weird day for romance. Do not let anyone talk you into anything. Alternatively, don't try to talk anyone else into something. You think you know what you want -- but you don't. You've got Vaseline on your lens. You're not seeing clearly. Hold off.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

This is a poor day to try to settle important matters with partners or family members. You could give away the farm. You're not seeing clearly today; furthermore, you can't defend your own best interests. It's like you're walking in quicksand. Slosh, slosh, slosh.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

It's hard to stand up for what you believe in at work today. Others might try to convince you that you're wrong, and this creates self-doubt. You might give up. Try to avoid this tendency to cave in. People don't know what they're talking about today. (Fortunately, I wrote this a week ago.)

This is a dicey day to gamble on love, money or practically anything. You're not seeing the full picture. Romance looks hopeless today. Try to avoid important decisions if you can. If you can't -- make the decision without self-recrimination. Give yourself a little credit.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

There's a lot you want to do at home or within your family structure, but today you're not sure what to do first. You're perplexed. This kind of indecision is paralyzing. Don't do anything at all if you can get away with it. Don't even answer the phone. (Hush.)

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)

Be careful about convincing others about anything. Somebody will trip to up. Your best bet is to confront your own fears and do what feels comfortable. You don't have to be a shining hero today. Or even a dull one.
