Your attempts to make improvements at work make you bitterly disappointed in management. Whoa! Struck a chord? Perhaps your expectations of management aren't realistic. They put their pants on one leg at a time just like you. (They're just more expensive pants.)

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Don't be judgmental about coworkers today. Everybody's daydreaming today, or shoving crayons up their nose. It's just that kind of day. Plus, your expectations are rather high. This is a deadly combo that can only lead to disappointment. Try to shake loose of it.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

It's so easy to put loved ones up on a pedestal. Ironically, it has little to do with them. It's all about you. Look who "you" love. Look who "you" landed. Look who loves "you". You don't want to be in love with a slob or a loser. But idealizing somebody robs them of their humanity.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

Family members want you to help them out today. Or maybe you are the one making a plea to your family. Either way, relationships are tested. Don't expect too much of others. High expectations lead to disappointments, which lead to breakdowns in relationships. All for naught.
