Aries (March 21-April 19)
Mercury goes retrograde on Thursday this week and stays that way until September 20th. You will most like have already felt the effects of this botching up your job. That's why delays and silly little errors at work keep cropping up. (More than usual.) It's also why everybody has a glazed look in their eye.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
You will no doubt run into old flames and past loves now and in the next few weeks. Use that Taurus charm to appear calm, gracious and unruffled (no matter how you feel inside.) Of course, as they say -- looking well is the best revenge. You've survived your past.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
This Mercury retrograde triggers lots of family discussions and visits with old relatives. (Or young ones you haven't seen for a while.) Mercury retrograde could also cause minor breakdowns in machinery, home appliances and communicating systems. Little headaches.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
You have to take a lot of extra precautions with this particular Mercury retrograde. It will affect your ground transportation and all forms of communication. Make sure your phone bill is paid. Stay on top of your car or truck scene. Allow extra time to catch the bus. (Stuff like that.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
You have to settle old financial issues now. (You know what they are.) You might also have an opportunity to earn money in an old way or at a previous job. Similarly, you might run into previous coworkers or bosses. Take extra care with banking. Make friends with your account.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
This is a dilly. Mercury is your ruler plus it's retrograde until the 20th of September. You will definitely feel this. For starters, expect to run into ex partners and old loves. Furthermore, daily tasks are plagued with silly little slipups -- forgotten keys, lost books, and misplaced clothing. Courage.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Don't worry too much if you feel haunted by vague doubts and insecurities about whatever you're doing. Mercury retrograde is stirring up a lot of things in your subconscious. (That little voice that sits on your shoulder saying, "Who do you think you are? You can't do this.")
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Expect to run into friends from your past now and in the next few weeks. These might be acquaintances who are casual connections from clubs, organizations and groups you're glad you left. Or they might be good buddies you haven't seen for a while. Hopefully, the latter.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Mercury retrograde takes place in a rather high viz. part of your chart. This means that minor, goofy errors will be painfully public. (Is there no justice?) Double-check everything you do to try to avoid these red-faced moments. Expect to talk to parents about old issues.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Delays and missed communications connected with publishing, the law, higher education, travel and dealing with foreign countries are extremely likely now and in the next few weeks. Travel plans could go awry. Courses might be filled or canceled. Just cope as best you can.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
This is a good time to finish up old work connected with shared possessions, the joint ownership of anything or obligations that you have to or for somebody. While Mercury retrograde brings delays and confusion in communications -- it also offers us a wonderful opportunity to finish up old business.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
You will definitely encounter ex partners at some point in the next few weeks. You might even be hiding behind the canned goods aisle as you read these words. Just face the music. Look like you're on top of the world.
