Aries (March 21-April 19)
This week starts off like, "'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house" because this is the day before Full Moon and all through the land we're feeling varying stages of tension, criticism, doubt and discouragement. Fortunately, after the Full Moon things look better.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
While others count calories or add up bills -- you can put today's energy to good use by doing heavy mental work or any kind of tasks requiring disciplined thinking. An older friend or sibling might give you advice. (Which you do not have to follow.)
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
This is not an ideal day to talk to power up types. (This includes Mom if she's a power type.) Whatever you want will probably be refused. It's times like these that make you realize it's easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission. Oh yeah. (But you knew that.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Issues with travel, foreign countries, publishing, the media and higher education look bleak today. You feel cutoff and backed into a corner. You might even give up on something or withdraw from doing something that you once thought was a really great idea. (Maybe it still is.)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
It's hard to get mortgages, loans or assistance from others today. Sometimes the universe is abundant -- but today it feels like it all dried up somewhere in the North 40. Don't expect too much. You can't push the river. (But you can wait to choose the best time to wade across.)
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Tomorrow's Full Moon is in your sign. This is the only time all year this happens in Virgo. Naturally, you feel tension building up today, especially with close relationships such as friendships and partnerships. Essentially, four planets oppose you now. Don't roll the dice.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Not only do you like matching bathroom towels, you like harmony everywhere in your universe. (A noble aspiration.) Today however, tension at work with publishing, the culture of foreign countries, advertising, travel and higher education creates discord. Patience.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
When it comes to spending money for children, lovers or entertaining diversions -- your purse is closed. You don't want to blow cash frivolously. Not today. Possibly tomorrow, but doubtful. However, Wednesday is a great day to throw money around on a good time.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Communications with others are not easy today. Most uncharacteristically, you are inclined to pessimism or taking a dour (even sour) POV. You might even feel lonely. You certainly don't want to confront others about family matters and domestic stuff. And so it goes.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You feel unusually practical today. However, do not let your practicality turn into narrow mindedness. There is an efficient way of doing things and there is an anal way of doing things. You want to be efficient, don't you? There's more than one way to get to the bottom of things.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
It's easy to feel broke today. (Even if you have a few coins jingling in your pocket.) All you can focus on is what can go wrong rather than what can succeed. There is an emphasis on security, safety and doing something with a tried and true method that has always been used. By the book.
