Moon Alert
After 5:30 a.m. EDT today, we have the "all clear" today to shop (whether you spend $10 or 10 million) and make important decisions. The Moon is in Leo.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Power struggles with others, especially parents, bosses, teachers, and authority figures (including the police) are likely today. It's going to be your call whether or not its worth pushing an issue. For example, is it worth losing? Or should you live to fight another day?
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
You might act secretly or behind the scenes to do something that you believe is for the best interests of others. This is a very slippery slope. The minute you act in such a way as to improve others, or help them, even if they don't know what - you enter the territory called "meddling".
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
You might oppose someone today or perhaps even a group of people on basic principles. Perhaps you see the big picture and others are bogged down in the little details? Maybe you're focused on the rights of a country, while others focus on the rights of a person. (As an example.)
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Tension and ego battles with authority figures and partners are highly likely today. "Toto, I think we're not in Kansas anymore." Someone might want you to account for yourself. (This always feels like a demeaning insult.) Nevertheless, best not to incur the wrath of anyone in power.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
Avoid heavy-duty discussions about politics, religion, and racial issues. You can't make people agree with you by yelling. (To really persuade people takes excellent home cooking.) Steer away from controversial subjects. Don't try to "teach" anyone anything.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Disputes about inheritances, shared property, insurance matters, taxes, and debt are highly likely today. However, this is a poor day to settle these matters. A spirit of compromise does not exist. Instead, people are hell-bent for victory. At least, wait until tomorrow to talk about this.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Friction between partners and close friends is sufficient that you might break up a relationship today. One person will emotionally challenge the other, that's for sure. People want power over each other. Jealousy is also likely. Definitely not good for a mutual give-and-take - ya think?
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Despite your determination to introduce reforms and improvements at work, be very low key about this. Others will probably resist. That's because this is just not the day to do it! Ditto for new health regimes. Relax and take it easy. Put down that megaphone.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Avoid power struggles with romantic partners, sports colleagues, and children today. Things will just get very nasty too quickly. Knowing this, why even go there? Be mellow and patient with others. Talk about this tomorrow. (Others are more likely to hear you then, anyway.)
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Do whatever you can to keep the peace at home today. Family disharmony is definitely likely. That's because people want to enforce their wills on others. "Step away from the stove." Old habit patterns and resentments will cloud reasonable discussions. Keep things light.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Arguments with siblings and daily contacts are likely today, unless you decide to step back, practice patience, and wisely avoid a lot of ca-ca. People are too quick to lay blame, or force their opinions on others. Take a back seat. (It's safer.)
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Financial disputes or arguments about possessions, or something you own could arise today. Actually, it's only going to be a lot of hot air and unpleasantness. Why not postpone this discussion until tomorrow, which is a much more pleasant day? Avoid unnecessary grief. Like -- duh?
