Georgia Nicols' Pisces Forecast for 2004

"If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed one."
Mother Teresa (1910 - 1997)

In 2003, Mars came closer to planet Earth than it's been for 60,000 years and then teamed up with explosive Uranus. This combo created explosions no one expected. (Uranus rules electricity, technology and all things unpredictable; while Mars rules fire and aggression.)

The good news is that this wild tension is over. 2004 will definitely be calmer. That's a relief for those of us who have an irresistible urge to go on living...

Happy New Year to you all!

Pisces 2004 Forecast

The Real You

You're so sensitive you literally take on the moods of others. (Sometimes you have to brush the stuff off your shoulders.) It's important to know this, because you must be careful who you hang out with. Negative energy will bring you down. Avoid emotional vampires. (And never play pool with anyone named Fats.)

Of course, the wonderful thing about your sensitivity is that this same quality makes you caring, gentle and considerate of others. People come to you with their problems because you're so sympathetic. (Plus you often spring for coffee.) Nevertheless, don't work directly with those who are in pain. It's too overpowering for you. You're an emotional sponge -- you soak it all up.

You have a fabulous imagination! Fantasy, photography, film, dance, music and anything that allows you to create illusion for others are where you excel. You understand design and costumes because you're the Master of Illusion. Einstein (a fellow Pisces) said, " Your imagination is your preview of life's coming attractions."

When you're upset, you weep. (We're talking boxes of Kleenex.) You're a fabulous dancer, and a sucker for shoes. You can't have too many, although even you agree Imelda went overboard. (She was eight-and-a-half.)

People love you for your caring nature. You understand what others have yet to learn: that kindness is the most important thing.

The Past and Present

Things were looking swell around 1986-87. You had a handle on your world then. But by the early 90s, you started to feel restless. You felt you needed to identify with something bigger than you -- the sisterhood, the brotherhood, save the whales, save the males -- something. As a result, you left behind many things in the next few years: jobs, partners, places and possessions.

But life really changed in 1994. (Big-time!) Suddenly, you found yourself in a whole new crib. In fact, it was so new you weren't even sure how to dress or wear your hair. What should your image be? (You're a clever quick change artist.)

By 1996-97, you knew you had to come up with a job that worked for you. Friends were supportive and you felt popular. In 1998, your luck turned for the better. Nevertheless, you had to feel your way through lots of changes around 1999-2000. Everything was up for grabs!

By 2001, you longed for something stable and rock solid in your life. You wanted to own your own home, or fix up what you had. In 2003, you suddenly had the energy to go after what you wanted. You had attitude and delusions of adequacy! (Not a bad thing.) You were seized with an assertive drive and enthusiasm like never before.

The Year 2004

There are two main themes to your life this year. To some extent, they both started last year. Without doubt, you have increased responsibilities related to children. This could be through your own children, or children you work with or are related to.

However, deep down you know that this is the time to discover what your true career should be. You want more than just a job. You want something rewarding, joyful and fulfilling that pays lots of money. Is this too much to ask? I think not.

Fortunately, your closest relationships are warm and supportive now. Things were a bit dicey last year, but all that is blown over. For the first time in your life, wild and wacky Uranus is now in your sign. This makes you restless and rebellious.

You won't tolerate bullies and fools anymore. You're going to clear away any limitations that hold you back from your dreams. You're actually entering one of the gutsiest stages of your life!

Buy boots. Saddle up. Lock and load!

More about your future

As old patterns in your life begin to break down, you demand that others see you in a new light. Garbage or dead end relationships that you once accepted will be history. It's not that you're angry; because you're not. It's more like you're wakening up and finally smelling the coffee. The illusion is ripped from your eyes as if cellophane were peeled away. Now you actually see what's going down. If you don't like it -- you'll split. If you do like it -- you'll improve it.

That's because not only do you want to reform your own life now, you want to reform the lives of those around you. (Tread carefully here.) Just because you have a new take on life, you can't expect everyone else to jump onboard too. (Your reality check might bounce.)

Relationships and Romance

You're in the mood for serious partnerships now. Serial monogamy doesn't cut it anymore. You want your life to be enriched by commitment and a beautiful give-and-take of the joy that comes from sharing your life with someone. (You are so Pisces.)

Love affairs that take place this year will be serious. You've learned that what the large print giveth, the small print taketh away. You're still sweet and cooperative, but you're not going to sell out for a relationship anymore.

Because you have a better idea of what you want, you'll likely get it. You know that when dancing life's dance you have to keep your eyes on your partner.

In the past, you saw partners through rosy colored glasses. You wouldn't believe others when they criticized your true love. Now that your eyes are open, "It'll be just like Beggar's Canyon back home."

Coping with Challenges in 2004

Never before has Uranus been in your sign. (Actually, that's not quite true. For those of you wearing arch supports, Pisces was in Uranus in the 1920s.)

Uranus will stay in your sign until 2011, and if others thought you were a tad feisty while Mars was there during the last six months, they ain't seen nothing yet! You're going to strike a blow for freedom. It will be one of the most revolutionary periods of your life. Yo!

Unpredictability and chaos will occur as you break free of limitations and habits you refuse to go along with. Your biggest challenge will be to juggle the obligations you have to others with the obligation you feel you have to yourself.

Your choice is simple: live in the present, and enjoy your own company.

Your Mantra for 2004

I have nothing to lose and everything to gain by being myself.
